Our appointment was scheduled between and 2pm, and they came min early. They were very polite and professional, making sure to talk me through everything they wanted to do and how long it would take. They were very thorough and efficient. I would definitely work with this company again in the future.

Erika Riggs and her team are simply the best. They helped our family navigate through an extremely difficult process at a horrible time in our lives. They were so knowledgeable, responsive, compassionate and patient. I cannot thank Erika and her team enough for all they did and not giving up on our case. They simply are awesome at what they do. I know my Dad is smiling down on you all, thanking you for helping our family.

OEX has helped our business in many areas including apparel, print, furniture and office supplies. We are growing fast and they always do their best to help me to quickly fill my apparel orders. The design team is great and sends ideas back quickly. The team that helped design our office layout and furniture was fun to work with and even with all the supply chain issues gets the order as fast as possible. Would recommend for sure. This is the second time I visit the Piano Place, and I am extremely grateful for the time and patience of the staff. Grant, Scott and Akane are all extremely knowledgeable and always willing to go beyond and above to help their customers. You can feel their passion for pianos and music: the work they put into restoring pianos is remarkable, they can showcase the beauty of each piano on their floor and tell you its history and manufacturing background. I highly recommend this piano store!

I am so impressed with Kelly Knoll at Heritage Appraisals. She is the ultimate professional and a delight to speak and work with. Not only did she return my call in record time but she was so wonderful to speak with. She responded with important research and information about the piece I was inquiring about. And she had excellent suggestions and background in order to make a recommendation. I highly recommend working with Kelly as it’s an incredibly satisfying experience. She’s a font of knowledge and was so clear about the directions we could pursue for the item I was investigating. Anyone who works with Kelly is lucky!

From what I've read and heard, the average child's martial arts career lasts months. My son tried two other martial arts school in the area before enrolling at Renzo Gracie Troy. Full disclosure: This is the second review I'm posting after my son's two-year anniversary of training at this school. The instruction and curriculum has only gotten better. Professor Joe and his coaches are second to none. No better value, instruction, learning, or enjoyment for children than at this academy. As an added bonus, the uniforms and rash guards are sharp. Try a free class and tell them Abe sent you :)

My experience with the team at Tech Automation has been worthy of five stars. I researched Control4 vendors in the Rochester area and after speaking to a few firms I chose Sean and the team at Tech Automation. I had worked with other Control4 vendors on projects at previous residences and appreciated Sean’s knowledge and candor around what would be right for this house. Sean was open to working on the project in a modular fashion and spent time presenting me with options on shades, lighting and entertainment. From the beginning, the team approached the project in a thoughtful manner prioritizing tasks appropriately in order to provide network access on my first day in the newly constructed residence. From there they coordinated with my internet and cable provider to get everything set up and the TVs hung. To date they have managed the process including the challenges from a constrained supply chain in an open and efficient manner keeping me apprised of any unanticipated delays. I would be remiss without a shout out to Sebastian who has consistently approached and managed each task in a can do manner. His attention to detail and product and installation knowledge are second to no one. I am looking forward a continuing relationship with Tech Automation as we finish up phase one and move forward to new projects.

I took my ZLE to New Layer Customs to be fully wrapped and ceramic coated as well as PPF on the front end. I had to delay the initial install date and they worked with me to schedule a new date like it was no big deal. The shop is immaculately clean and organized which I think is extremely important for any automotive business. Customer service was on point! I track my car so I know I’ll need some repairs from time to time and I’ll definitely bring it back here. Already trying to get my dad to wrap his car, after seeing mine he’s all about it. Very happy and thankful I found your shop! Hoping for your continued success and based on your service I fully expect it.

Went for a date night with my wife. We were entertained from start to finish! Drinks were great and well priced and the food was delicious. The table side magicians did a great job of reading the audience and were able to amaze with all of their magic! Cabaret Show was excellent and engaging! We laughed a lot and left with a big smile! This was date night to the next level. Definitely recommend if looking for something different than a dinner and movie!

We continue to enjoy our plasma TV and music system that Spire designed and installed for our home several years ago. On occasion if we need something taken care of they respond immediately and professionally!

City Style Tango is THE place to learn tango, salsa, bachata, rumba, foxtrot, kizomba, and more. They have teachers in all the styles, and the owner, James Valentino, is one of the best in the business. He makes every student feel comfortable and helps you meet your dance goals. There are plenty of practice events and performance opportunities, and scheduling private lessons is very flexible. I am so glad I came to this studio!

Back to Health Natural Solutions is a great place. I ran across Back to Health solutions after having stomach and hormonal issues. I spoke with Brandi about my concerns and she was willing to help me get my "gut right". I did various testing, diet change, and exercise and i feel great. Dr. Farkas and his staff are very knowledgeable about being healthy, being adaptable to alternative solutions for a healthy lifestyle. I look at health, eating and diet differently after meeting them. Through the pandemic, I can say I've felt my healthiest with diet and vitamin intake.
