If you want a great customer experience, ask for Ricardo Artiga! I have dealt with him twice now and he is very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful attitude. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, especially in this industry, so finding Ricardo is like finding a diamond in the desert. I highly recommend Ricardo, as well as all services he provides.

I had significant water damage to my home in December of . Pinnacle responded and was on the way before I even got off of the phone. The staff was very professional, informative and caring. I have never worked with a more caring company. They were very respectful of my home and understanding of my concerns. Travis and crew started this project with the water mitigation, demolition and packing and Deborah and her staff finished it out with the move-in and unpacking. The care this company shows is impressive. They replaced every item just as they had found it. I have never worked with a more professional group. If you have never been through a water damage scenario, it can be daunting. These professionals made it much more tolerable than it could have been. Thank you Pinnacle.

One of the sensors on my garage door went bad this morning. I gave them a call and they were here within the hour. They were able to get my problem fixed in about minutes. The price was definitely fair. I’m completely satisfied with my service. I wish I could have tipped more but I don’t have a lot of money right now. I will be replacing the entire garage door in the next month or two, and they definitely have my future business for that.

I started taking my child here for 2 months now and I have seen improvement with her listening skills. She’s at the age 5 still has to learn and be able to understand, the masters are very patient and she is always happy to come. They take the time to show each kid with what they need to learn, so much patience is required to work with so many kids of different ages yet the masters here manage to make it work. My child has gained respect for them if I call them her teachers she quickly corrects me to tell me they are her masters. I recommend this for any parent who want to place their kid in an activity, it is very affordable and Im glad i found this place that I know my child is being taken cared of.

The best concrete company in Las Vegas. They always show up on time even early never have any issues with their work and if anything is ever wrong they have the problem fixed before even a phone call has been made. My experience with City construction has been outstanding and I have used them for years and will never use anyone else.

Was very easy to get ahold of them and I liked their website. It let me pick the day and time and also to pay. Virgil showed up on time, did his testing and I received the results very quickly. Very professional and nice. I would definitely recommend them.
