The delivery was well received, and the order tracker worked wonderfully and I was impressed with how interactive it was. I am out of town for the holidays and wanted to surprise my girlfriend back home in SF with flowers from a proven and reputable family owned florist. I was happy to see that you had a holiday collection as she loves Christmas. When the driver arrived, my girlfriend was actually across the street where she works. The driver called her and was patient and courteous enough to wait for her to come back to the housing lobby. The delivery went great. She absolutely loved the design, and she loves how it makes the living room not only look, but smell as well. Excellent quality! It takes a unique and full shape and the roses really stand out. We love that they're all different sizes!

My had a clunking noise from the front left suspension area - another mechanic couldn't find any problem, at Torx they were able to find the culprit in a matter of a couple of hours, after driving and lifting the car for around $. They shared some pictures they took of the worn joint, and suggested the exact part number - since the part wasn't available online within the week, they suggested I could go ahead and find it on cheaper reseller, and possibly bring the car back to install it. Overall very satisfied! :)

I wish I could give them stars. Patrick is amazing. He helped me out with my smart car and knew immediately what was wrong with it. They went above and beyond in repairing my car quickly and really worked with me on the cost. I called so many people and they were the only ones willing to work on my smart car and accept an extended warranty. Patrick fought to get as much money from them as possible and really saved the day. Thank you again! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Well organized, efficient and professional - highly recommended. I was uncomfortable being photographed but Jeff assured me hair and makeup didn't have to be perfect, since retouching takes care of that later. The process was quick and (as someone who prefers a dog photo to a selfie for my profiles), I was surprised the shots are lovely. The retouching, especially, was done so carefully, you can't tell at all. It still looks like me, just on a great hair and makeup day (which it wasn't).

Fantastic experience - highly recommended sports massage. Amanda started the session by taking the time to understand which areas I wanted to focus on. Similar to many other WFH folks, I was having neck/upper back soreness and headaches! She used a variety of techniques and modern tools to really loosen and work on each of my problem areas. And I truly was able to walk out ready for another hours of Zoom calls. Amanda was also able to recommend some other quick changes to my home setup to alleviate some of the issues that led to the pain in the first place - preventative and reactive treatment! Cannot recommend her highly enough!

We have worked with Karaminder before on a shoot and one of our employees said he was the best photographer she's ever worked with. The quality of his work is outstanding. During this shoot, we had a wonderful experience. From the first point of contact to the final product, he was professional, collaborative, and responsive. He was also able to accommodate a last minute addition to our photoshoot. The photos came out beautifully! I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

I cannot think of a better place to buy jewelry than Jewelry Exchange Co. Van takes a lot of pride in his store and his craft setting him apart from most jewelers. From the first visit he exhibited patience, organization, thoroughness, and care for the customer's (my) interest. He truly provided a customer service experience that is hardly ever seen anymore. Starting from scratch, he listened to my vision of the perfect engagement ring and managed to make it a reality. We worked together asking questions back-and-forth going from a mental concept, to thoughts on paper, to CAD renderings, to finally the actual ring. He delivered during every step of the way, even while he was on vacation. Not to mention, he can find the most amazing diamonds!

I am a makeup and hair artist and I've worked with Jeremy on many photo shoots and projects over the past several years. Not only is he great at his craft, he is also very friendly and personable. It's amazing seeing him take your idea and translate it beautifully into photos. He makes the subject feel very comfortable in front of the camera especially those that aren't too comfortable about getting photos taken of them. What's great about Jeremy is that he is willing to coach you and help you through the process to ease your nerves. Whether you're looking for empowerment, boudoir, social media, head shots, Jeremy is the one for you. I know he gets booked up weeks in advance so you're lucky if you're able to snag an appointment with him! You will not regret it!

Mandy was excellent to work with on our wedding. She's detail-oriented and had us trusting that everything was going to be smooth and stress-free from the moment we met her. She was quick and dynamic to fill in gaps and got to know us well-enough to know where exactly we wanted to focus. The best part of working with Mandy was that for the months, weeks, and days leading up to our wedding we were stress-free when it came to timeline, details, and vendor management, which might have been the best gift of our wedding. We were in great hands the whole way and she was great at naturally knowing where her help was needed and taking care of business! Highly recommend hiring Mandy as your event planner if you want to be stress-free.

I had a wonderful experience today with your technician as he fixed my refrigerator that was making noise today. He was exceptionally thorough, gave me some helpful tips, and answered all my questions. His customer service was one of a kind and very exceptional. I think he is the best asset to his company. Highly recommended!

We chose Alec and Janelle at Pacific Edge Real Estate Group to sell our home in Spring '. We interviewed several other agents we found online and through family referrals. The other agents were top notch but based on the quality of Alec's marketing, their approach to answering questions, quality of staging partner, and providing data to support their recommendations, we felt they were most confident in achieving the highest sales price presented out of all we spoke to. We liked their staging partner and photography the most as well. We moved out of the San Francisco during the sale and needed someone we could trust and work efficiently from far distance. They made it a priority to tag team with their team in showing the probably has much as they could. We had at least 6 open houses and private showings in between. Well, after prepping the property, staging, listing, and the open houses, interest rates increased, making it tougher on buyer activity. Amazingly, we ended up reaching a little above our original sale price goal which was a tough feat as no other agent we interviewed confidently said they could reach that number! We are super happy and glad we put our trust in Alec and Janelle! Alec has the ability to make stressful situations turn into clear paths to make easy decisions. We can confidently recommend Alec and team to anyone selling a home in San Francisco. If we ever move back we'll sure call on Alec and team to make magic happen again.
