My boyfriend called me for bike emergency. He was on his way to work and bike chain pop out and lost master piece to connect that chain. He doesn’t have a tool fix it either. We went to PIM coffee and bikes to get quick fix. He took care of it so quick and didn’t charge anything. How nice!!!! We could take a coffee if he takes longer than he does. thank you and we will stop by for coffee next time!!

Neil has delivered outstanding insurance services to my husband and I for over 6 years. He is knowledgeable, professional, trusting and dedicated to providing the best service to his clients. My husband and I recently went through some big life changes and Neil was there every step of the way making sure we had all our bases covered. What a great shop! I came in for two things and left with an armload. They have a wide selection of kitchen goods, from your basic tools to baking supplies to cast iron to lovely French linens and much more. I was surprised and delighted. Really happy to shop locally for cooking items at fair prices.

System Six is the best bookkeeping service I've ever hired. They have a powerful combination of great systems plus a great team of people. I love working with Lia, who manages our books — but we get the benefit of experts and systems backing her up in different areas which is great. My taxes were completed easier and faster than anytime in my year history of being in business. Largely due to System Six's detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual checklists that made sure all the important details were being taken care of over the course of the year. Highly recommended!

Neal and his team are hands down some of the best people I’ve interacted with when it comes to cars. Highly professional and knowledgeable about their products and would go out of their way to help and educate you when applicable. They applied XPEL PPF and replaced stock chrome badges with black ones on my X4 and they did the job meticulously.

I have now had two jobs done by Sings of Seattle for my business. They were a clutch part of our reopening plan by helping us design and install clear partitions and now they have put a new window sign up. Overall, I have found them easy to work with and friendly, and the materials and work are high quality.

Great record shop specializing in house, techno, and also with a fair share of Balearic/Modern funk music on vinyl. Reasonable prices for used records and also a nice selection of new. Lots of new records coming in all the time. I'd been looking for a spot like this since moving to Seattle from LA last year and this place hits it. Sherman is also super friendly...excited to come back!

Can't speak higher of their exceptional service! We contacted their team late one evening in an effort to get our store deep cleaned the following day, and sure enough they had a team at our building the following morning at 8AM! Not to mention, incredibly affordable, especially considering all the techniques and cleaning applications they applied --who know commercial cleaning was so sophisticated?! Needless to say after today's experience we secured a regular service contract with Emerald City through the remaining part of . Do your employees need peace of mind? Hire ECC! Thank you everyone!!!

We received a basket with the most wonderful assortment of goodies! The chocolates were superb! Loved the snack mix - just the right amount of spiciness without being overpowering. The cookies have interesting flavors that are not run of the mill boring cookies! The packaging was most fun. The keepsake tins and boxes have so many uses and a nice remembrance of the gift that was sent to me. The artistry and designs on the packaging is beautiful. The basket it all came can be been put to so many uses from holding knitting supplies to magazines to books. A wonderful gift to give and even better to receive!

Ismael was the best! Price was reasonable, he worked fast but thorough, and was very easy and timely on communication. We had him clean almost all of the outdoor surfaces (our house, walkways, windows, patio, deck…) Everything looks fantastic!

Sad that someone gave this company a one star review based on their belief system rather than the quality of the work this company does. I've been with Complete Controller since and they are the best!
