We have been going to Elite Spartans for about 2 months and we are very pleased with them. Their trainers are very knowledgeable about proper technique and form. They are also very adaptable and tailor workouts based on our goals. They always inquire about feedback and how they can improve to better address our needs. I would highly recommend Elite Spartans whether you are looking to get stronger, in better shape, or just get a great workout.

The coaches at Method3 are absolutely amazing! Even with people, they somehow manage to remember names and progress made and really target how they encourage you to push yourself safely. I've had coaches remember how heavy of weights I had progressed to and they balanced that with modifying technique so I pushed myself but not to a level of fatigue where I might injure myself. Every class is different and challenging and I love the community you can build when you show up to class. Couple that with the support you get for Thrive in , with a dedicated nutrition coach to help you focus your diet, Method3 has truly helped me make a lifestyle change. It's been the best decision I've made for myself and I love it!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Semkiw for all our orthopedic medical issues for the past ten years because he is the best. I’ve had two surgeries with him, and my husband has had one, and both of us are VERY happy with the results. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and personable, and always takes the time to explain and answer your questions and accommodates your requests which I really appreciate. He also runs a very organized, professional office with a great staff. When I recently needed to schedule an appointment, I was able to see him within a week instead of waiting months. Best of all, when I go under the knife, I have the confidence and reassurance that HE will be doing the surgery instead of a resident in training that I’ve never met!

My year old galvanized main water line pipe decided to spring a leak one cold Saturday evening... I had to scramble to turn the water off at the meter. As soon as I did, I started calling around plumbers that could come out quick to help me fix the pipe, as i had no water in the house of 5 people. No showers, washing hands or using toilets. 4 guys came out, Freddy from Freedom was 2nd lowest offer. What sold me on his quote was that he was going to use a trenchless tunneling system called the HammerHead (minimize trenching and destruction of feet of my yard) and the fact that he suggested that he install a pressure regulator without being asked (unlike the other plumbers). The pressure regulator is important because after replacing a year old corroded galvanized steel pipe with brand new copper line, the water pressure in the house could go up dramatically, causing damage to appliances and pipes in the house. Freddy even agreed to install a Flo by Moen leak detection system at no additional charge. I am glad I decided to go with Freddy, his guys showed up on time the next morning, as agreed. His crew of guys (Christian and 4 others) worked non-stop, tirelessly and professionally. I could definitely tell the guys take pride in their work, they all did a fantastic job. I would recommend Freddy and Freedom Underground, they are awesome!

Dr. Natarajan did a great job with my first procedure. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. Easily schedule an appointment. Highly recommended!

Great, friendly service. Realistic about what they cld do about pet stains. But actually the results are so good I almost cried. I also asked if they had a source for new rug pads. They sell them and cut me new pads to the exact size I needed. For reference I had two Tibetan rugs cleaned. One with old dog pee stains that looks almost back to new. One yellow one with a huge puppy blowout from both ends. The yellow rug looks new. Not cheap but worth it!

Even though this is a busy water/no water season. Mike of Barton Pump came to the rescue almost immediately. Resolved my No Water Pump issue. Replaced Switch and job complete in minium Time. GREAT!! Highly, Very Highly recommend this company and ASK for Mike. P.S. Linda in the office was so helpful and coordinated this miracle for me. Two families now have water pumping.

These two men are outstanding and experts in their field. My computer crashed. They ordered a new drive for me, reinstalled the operating system, and fixed some other nuances with my MacBook Pro. I am using that computer now to write this review. Thanks very much, Justin and Eric.

Jackie is amazing. She is very responsive and flexible. I started going to her after looking for a dog sitter that was closer to my home. She is much more than a dog sitter. Her dog training experience and loving nature elevates her services. Recently, I went on a trip far away and Jackie was only able to watch my dog for a portion of the time I was gone. After I was not able to find other options, she offered to take care of him and drop him off at the second boarding place. She also fed him white rice and boiled chicken when his stool was too soft. Even though she does not take dogs with soft stool she cared for mine as if he were her own. Thank you Jackie. I'm only sad that I'm moving soon and won't be able to see you much longer.

The Doctor and staff at the San Jose Fat Loss are very professional. I have tried other programs would lose pounds but I always would gain the weight back - plus another pounds more. I went to the free workshop the Doctor explained why I was gaining the weight after doing other programs. I decided to do the San Jose Fat Loss weight loss program and was surprised at how easy it was. I lost 5 pounds in the first week and every week after that. I ended up losing pounds in the first month. I am planning on continuing the program until I reach my goal of pounds. The program is easy to follow, I haven't been hungry, I haven't had any cravings and I feel a lot better. I highly recommend this program.

I've been working with Pay 'n Time for 3+ years. The program itself is very user-friendly and customizable to our business and payroll needs. Pete and his staff are extremely helpful and always responsive. I can't imagine getting this level of customer service from a huge payroll processing company. I highly recommend Pay 'n Time!

A great place to start from ground zero. If you have an EE or physics background you will pick it up quickly, without it, you'll still do just fine. You'll have 8 months to complete the course. Be sure to make friends and talk to Jack or Wooping, they are great resources and are knowledgeable about the industry.

Dr Brown is helping me after decades of improperly treated hypothyroidism. She is methodical and analytical, and at the same time very kind and caring. Her office is not fancy, but very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Her rates are very reasonable, and have so far fallen within the range that my insurance considers “reasonable and customary.” If you prefer a western medicine approach that also incorporates the rational use of non-pharmaceuticals such as appropriate hormone and nutrition support, she is a good choice even though she also offers acupuncture. Her medical massage therapist Helen is also very talented. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a holistic approach to a chronic health problem.

We decided to go with Mitch after contacting over other places and we are so happy that we made the right choice. We were initially considering replacing our hardwood floors since there were a lot of dents that we thought refinishing wouldn't fix. But Mitch did an AMAZING job. Our maple floors look like they're brand new! Mitch is a professional who's very good at what he does, extremely detail oriented and doesn't cut corners - with his work or the products he uses. He was the only person we talked to who explained to us that he used premium Bona products, who knows what the other guys were using. He was respectful of our space and our needs (our friend was moving out of the house the first day of the job and Mitch made sure to work around him). We highly recommend him and would love to work with him again!
