WOW! Junkyard Runners was AMAZING! I had a large number of boxes from a move that needed to be recycled. Junkyard Runners responded to my inquiry in minutes, and was able to dispatch a team the next day. They were so communicative, and worked around my personal schedule for when I had to be out of the house. Wale and team were amazing when they arrived – SO fast and professional. I highly recommend Junkyard Runners, and will be using them again in the future!

I wish I could give them stars. Patrick is amazing. He helped me out with my smart car and knew immediately what was wrong with it. They went above and beyond in repairing my car quickly and really worked with me on the cost. I called so many people and they were the only ones willing to work on my smart car and accept an extended warranty. Patrick fought to get as much money from them as possible and really saved the day. Thank you again! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I was convinced to buy local, sure enough, s^^t happens and needed it serviced. I'm beyond thrilled with the customer service received at CaliKites. They can get busy, yet seem to handle it in stride. I depend on my scooter as my main means of transportation, it's important that it be prime working order. They don't hesitate to go above and beyond to keep me mobile. Whenever anyone asks "where did you get that scooter ?" which happens on the daily --CaliKits Grateful they are in Hayes Valley!

Wow! What a terrific group of teachers. This is the best Iyengar yoga studio in the Bay Area. All the teachers are true professionals, they start class on time, give correct adjustments and accept all levels and conditions of students in their classes. There are different levels of teachers and they are all skilled and highly compassionate. I've taken on zoom only through the pandemic and the workshops--highly recommended.

We called EZ yesterday and they were able to come the next morning. The men who showed up were very courteous, which was really nice. What a great group of people! They provided excellent service by coming promptly and packing everything up without any problems at all. We've used Rob twice and he's wonderful. Friendly, efficient, on time, and his rates are great. The first time we used him was five years ago and found him on Yelp. This time he had been buried on Yelp but we searched until we found him because it was so pleasant to work with him the first time. Glad to see he's still in business!

Beautiful place! I lived here for 7 months. During this time, I got to know America better, met cool people. Some of them were my roommates at Hacknsleep. The rooms are small, but cozy and modern. Bathrooms and common areas are clean.

In a friend asked me to join her at BYSF. I was not a regular yogi practitioner by any means, but the Baptiste methodology, a min practice rooted in finding your edge and learning to breathe through it, is exhilarating. It’s a diverse community, women & men of all ages and levels all coming together to practice a moving meditation of challenging power yoga. I am forever grateful to have found this studio and know how magical it is to find your tribe. Be a yes, check it out, and be ready to grow through flow!

I worked with Madi starting soon after my son was born in December through the end of March (I extended my original contract with her because of the immense value I was getting from her support). As a first-time mom, I needed a combination of general newborn care education and childcare support so that I could recover and rest. Her support was especially critical given that I did not have family available to come help my husband and I at home during the newborn months. She also helped connect me to other community resources, including a lactation consultant that could make home visits, a physical therapy office for my son's torticollis, a pelvic floor therapist, an acupuncturist to help treat the dreaded "mother's thumb," and more. I could not speak more highly of Madi and hope to hire her again if I have a second child in the future.

My husband and I were recommended Rachel's birth class by our doula and we couldn't have been happier! We attended the multi-class format, which I would definitely recommend if it's your first time taking her class. We learned so much about the mind body connection in birthing and I walked away feeling empowered, excited and as ready as one can be to take on one of life's most exciting moments. Prior to the class I was a bit nervous and anxious about giving birth (who isn't?!) and Rachel really emphasized how to make the birth experience yours (whatever this may be for you individually), and how to deal with the challenging and wonderful situations that birth brings you. So often we hear scary stories about birth and without denying that it is challenging, she helps re-frame this and focus on how to make it the most positive experience whatever direction your birth may take. She also focuses a huge amount on you and your partner as a team, as a couple, and it really got my husband more excited about the birth and his role on the day. Her teachings are great for birth and your relationship in general! During the birth, I was able to use the breathing and relaxation techniques and in the intense stages it really made a huge difference in how well I could cope with the surges. Nothing can really prepare you for your unique child birth experience and just knowing that I had tools and breathing to help me through made all the difference. I would HIGHLY recommend this class to anyone having a baby in the Bay Area! Rachel is awesome, you will meet a wonderful group of parents to be and you and your partner will no doubt go into birth with a new found feeling of confidence, relaxation and excitement.

I highly recommend this medical waste disposal company for its awesome service. Even the customer service is great. My dental clinic in San Francisco Bay is using them for 2 years now. I purchased my first Glaser bag in and am now the proud owner of some eight different bags and backpacks. The quality is exceptional and their ability to customize what each client needs is unparalleled. Have not tried their new linen line but look forward to seeing how versatile this will be.

After finding out that the blower motor in our central heating had failed, and that the best advise from two different service calls was to replace the entire heater costing many thousands of dollars, I decided to take the motor over to Mckee and Strub. I was told by Mike that it would take an hour to repair. I figured I would get some lunch, at which point Mike recommended the fluffy shrimp tacos at the Cadillac restaurant down the street on 9th. Excellent!! I walked back picked up a repaired and serviced motor. And popped it back into the furnace the next day. Voila! the power of central heating was restored. And it cost me $. This experience could not have been any better. I hope that everyone can avoid chucking their major appliances into landfill, and support Mckee and Strub's business. They are a valuable service to our extended community. If you live outside of San Francisco it is definitely worth the drive. Thank you Mike!

John was a great instructor! He took time time to understand my level and tailor the class to me. It’s obvious his passion for the sport and for coaching. I hope to continue taking lessons from John in the future.

Yuri is a best-in-class tennis coach! Not only is he knowledgeable and helpful, he's also a delight to work with given his fun personality and dry sense of humor. He has worked closely with me to understand the gaps in my game and through his coaching I've noticed measurable improvements over the last three months. He's also highly responsive over text, always making sure we have a court and proactively communicating if there are any scheduling issues.
