I am thrilled to have found such an excellent dentist in the small town of Ridgway. It’s great to be able to walk to great dentistry services without the hassle of a long drive. Dr. Thomas really cares about his patients and it shows. I highly recommend this practice to all locals and those in nearby areas.

Met with Spence and Josh the night before our climb to discuss options. It was a great meeting and we decided to to Dexters Slab. We had a great day, both guides are very solid. They Explained everything well and made our climb a wonderful and memorable experience. I would recommend this guide service to anyone wanting to go to the backcountry. Cheers!

Mike was great to work with for my home inspection. He answered all my questions, was able to get my inspection done by my contract time and was very friendly during the inspection. I would highly recommend him :)

I highly recommend scheduling an appointment at Balance Medical Integration. Balance Medical Integration employees always carry a high level of respect for their patients, making for a comfortable environment. Personally I have not had bad experiences during any of my appointments and I always feel that they provide the right health care in order for patients to get back to feeling %. Balance Medical Integration has always given their full support allowing me to stay active and healthy. Without them I definitely would be half the athlete I am today.

I am a part-time Ouray County resident and admittedly showed up in town without being fully prepared for a flat. My rear tubeless tire had a significant blowout so I took it to this shop. The owner Nate is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about bikes. We ended up needing to replace the tire but I hadn't even noticed that the sealant had gotten all over the components. Nate replaced the tire (and added tubes in both at my request) and took extra care to clean up the dried sealant. I was back on my back and riding safely in no time. Highly recommend this place and Nate to the point that I plan to save all of my bike tune ups for when I'm back in town.

Melissa takes a lot of time to hear about your physical issues and goals for your massage. She's very talented and my massage was both physically healing and enjoyable. (In my experience, those don't always go together.) I also liked the oils she used and her location. I highly recommend Melissa for both healing and relaxation massasges.

Amazing! I have so much to say here and so little space. I have been being treated by Dr. Seaver since and in that time she has a treated me for Hashimoto's, goiter and PCOS. My symptoms are controlled, goiter is gone, and we have even ended 6 years of infertility with our baby girl thanks to Seaver. She has also treated our older (adopted) daughter for ADHD and behavioral issues succesfully. The changes we have seen in her have been astounding. Dr. Seaver has changed our lives and given us so much. I recommend her to everyone I meet.
