Allen is the most helpful insurance agent you will ever meet. He is ALWAYS on top of everything, and will check up on you to make sure all your insurance needs are met. I’ve been a client for several years and he never disappoints.

I just moved into the first phase for aspen heights pullman and I’m not impressed. To start off, we were told that if we chose what was option two for us when the apartments were not available, we would get a $ voucher basically off of our rent, that never happened. Thanks. I am usually a very nice and reasonable person, but I am over it. Workers are pretty rude when I have questions, they currently have no phone number, and when I email who they tell me to email, I never receive a response. Last September I toured the office above Valhalla and every one was super nice and we some, it has definitely gone down hill very quickly sense then. Communication is very poor, and they have zero of the amenities ready for us, which is why we signed with this place to begin with. Making payments is hard, they say they will send an email and never do. We don’t even have a mail key and this place doesn’t even have an address. The heating system is the cheapest you can go, heating vents on the ceiling so the first floor is freezing and the second floor is always hot. Aspen heights could be a good place to live, in years. This is really sad to me, I was excited to live here, but now it is just whatever, if there are other places in pullman to sign a lease with, I recommend doing that. Sorry aspen, it saddens me to say this, it is unlike me, but I’m tired of being nice and reasonable. I’ve been gracious and patient through everything going on, and feel like nobody actually cares, and am tired of it.

My wife and I typically don’t like adult toy stores but the Adam and Eve in Pullman WA has exceeded our expectations! Typically we don’t get anything but the last few times we have gotten a few things for our fun nights! The team there has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable about how the toys work! They also check the toys for you that have motors while you’re checking out, just to see if everything is in the box and if they work! They also clean the toys they touch in front of you so you know they’re clean! Highly recommend!

Wonderful people, but better teachings! Jesus Christ is the central figure in this church and that His atoning sacrifice is what allows us to live with God again. This congregation also does a waffle breakfast on fridays from am to 1 pm.

I’d been liking forever for a good photographer who could and would work with my horrible scheduling and procrastination. Eric went above and beyond expectations. The shoot was professional and very fun. The pictures turned out amazing. Best experience with a photographer ever. / would recommend.

Stacie got ahold of me after I inquired on a home online within minutes. She was ready for all situations since we were not sure if we wanted to build or buy! We ended up buying a home that she procided great information on along with the compared prices and info on houses nearby. We would absolutely work with Stacie again in the future!

Amazing! My son has learned so much already. The teachers are great with the kids and very inviting. I would highly recommend this to your little ones or even adults. They offer classes for all ages.

Everything is just so nice

My wife snd I are vacationing in Eastern Washington from the Seattle area. We thank the Pullman Chamber of Commerce, a first class COC, to be sure; for their assistance in our choosing great locations to view, enjoy and photograph the Palouse landscape. Five STARS for the Palouse Chamber of Commerce.

The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. If you have a busy life and are not able to show up to every training they understand and are happy to have you there when you can.

Jesse and his team did a fabulous job painting the interior of this 's movie theater! Their quick, courteous service, good humored crew and attention to detail really made the project (nearly) painless. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

My wife and I had the best experience building with RB Olson Construction. Bob, Lori and Maja were great to work with! We would build with RB Olson Construction again, in a heartbeat. Not only were they responsive 7 days a week, but they also made the experience, positive and informative! They are the best in the Palouse!

Jess is an excellent practitioner, and I feel that acupuncture treatment has helped with the chronic issues I was dealing with. The environment at Ponderosa Acupuncture is comfortable and inviting. I know many people can't imagine that being needled is a comfortable experience, but I've never found it to cause pain and really look forward to the "needle nap" I end up taking while enjoying the warm table. Seriously, if you are considering acupuncture, set up an appointment with Jess and I think you will enjoy!

I'm so grateful for Pullman Marketing! These guys and gals brought both our shop websites out of the dark ages so they actually reflect the professional and quality work done. My initial inquiry was responded to with a personal phone call within an hour. In a day, I met the team over zoom and I instantly knew this was one of the best business decisions I've ever made. They answered all my stupid questions with patience and grace and even sent out a photographer to get action and group shots. They set up Google analytics and fixed all of our forms so they actually work, and did all that techy stuff to make sure we're out there on the www. They implemented easy to use web editing tools and showed me how to make edits myself. The best part, is they are local. When I screw it all up, I can trust Adam and his team will come to the rescue.
