If you want to sweat and do a really good work out and have fun at the same time…. This is the place! What I don’t like about regular gyms is that there is no ambiance, everyone is minding their own business. Not ALIO… There’s a lot of interaction between trainers and members, music is great, which makes the workout fun but at the same time is challenging too. Both Danny and Sam are amazing trainers that will keep you motivated not only with the work outs abut also with your diet and health. I really recommend this place!

Bri is a fantastic dance instructor! I surprised my fiancee with wedding dance lessons, and we had an amazing time. We chose to have a dance choreographed entirely by our instructor, and during each lesson, Bri was patient, creative, encouraging, and so much fun. She got to know us as a couple and created the perfect routine to reflect our story. I didn't think I was ever going to be able to dance this well nor enjoy it as much as I do! Highly recommend the studio. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

Recently started classes and I’m very happy with the way Jason does the classes. It feels like there is a good understanding as to why you’ve come to this school and nobody is judging you. Everyone that comes to class always comes in with a smile and leaves with a smile. It’s a lot of fun and very informative. I’d recommend anyone who’d like a deeper understanding of how your body mechanics work and how you can help others with their fitness goals, this is the place to be. Hope to y’all there!

I love this service! I have used them for years now. They check the pool level, water my herbs, neatly stack my mail and tend to all the needs of my sweet girl. On our most recent vacation, a clean white shirt box lid was brought for my cat’s entertainment along with catnip, a soft toy and tissue paper. I was sent pictures of every visit to see how content she seemed. It was reassuring she was getting such great care. She wore out the box lid so I got a stronger one and she has lived in it for weeks now! What a great idea! I highly recommend Companion Keepers Cat Sitting. They are dependable, trust worthy, engaged and professional.

I love the atmosphere, the coaches, the athletes! Everyone pushes as hard as they want and can but all are celebrated. The coaches do a great job at keeping you motivated throughout the workout. They have a 5am class that works out very well for busy people that have limited time during the day and want to be done with their workout for the day. Highly recommend it!

My yo granddaughter has never played tennis and had been looking for a sport she could embrace. I reached out to Coach Miguel at the Ideal Tennis Academy to inquire about his recommendation for a beginner. He suggested the quick start program which is 3 private lessons prior to starting her group classes. That was an ideal suggestion! He spent one on one time with her to teach the basics. It gave her confidence to proceed into the group sessions and she is truly loving it! I met a parent of another student about my granddaughters age and she expressed how happy she has been with her daughter’s progress and how much her daughter likes the way Coach Miguel teaches. I think we have made a great choice in choosing Ideal Tennis to build skills and excitement about this game!!

The food is amazing, definitely made with love. Everything was perfection: the beans, potatoes, homemade tortillas. I can't wait to go back to try more!

An awesome experience! I rented a wheelchair from this location and I had an electric scooter of my own. My electric scooter broke down and did not know what to do on Saturday Morning. Stores are typically closed after 2pm Saturday till Monday. David who was available at this store after closing time on Saturday was extremely helpful. He fixed electric scooter and got us going within mins. Unfortunately, I have his manual wheelchair and left him the email. Not sure how I can drop off the wheelchair before I leave San Antonio before Sunday afternoon.

Soul Fit is a great environment for any skill level. My goal is to create a fitness lifestyle and this experience gives me the confidence that it’s possible. The energy of this place is professional, compassionate, respectful and fun. The workouts are challenging but the trainers are attentive and intentional about modifying to ensure you’re properly aligned. It’s a community of people who encourage each other which makes the effort to come in worth. Also good value. I look forward to exceeding my goals here.

This project started in December of with us interviewing four GC’s with the goal of taking a square foot existing structure “casita” and making it handicapped accessible and livable for my dad who is % VA disabled. Although, from the outside, it looks very simple to take a small existing structure (shell) and convert it to a livable space this project involved working through a ton of approvals which I will talk about below. The reason we chose Danny and Angel at Rhino was their professionalism and being able to handle the project fully from conception to completion. At the end they delivered a beautiful turn key casita/mother in law suite that my dad can live in independently. The home is located in the historic Lavaca Neighborhood approximately 3/4 of a mile from the Alamo in downtown San Antonio. The original house was built in remodeled in early when the casita shell was built. It was sold to us with the idea that it could be left as is as a shed or easily be converted to a MIL suite/casita. The full scope of the project included building a wrap around treated wood deck with built in wheelchair ramp, new stamped concrete driveway, all plumbing, electrical, gas line, tankless hot water heater, water softener, finishing out inside. The project got started in January of with the VA paperwork since this was through a VA grant. Simultaneously the project was submitted to the historic district and to the City of San Antonio to get permit approvals. We faced many hurdles getting approved. Hurdle 1: The casita was built originally with no permits and on the property line. This required a variance to be approved by the city and panel of board members and all neighbors within 4 blocks adding a couple months. Hurdle 2: Since the casita was built with no permits the city required an engineers letter to gain certificate of occupancy. Long story short we had to lift it up and hire another company to add additional piers to the already existing piers that was supporting the casita. This added 1 month to the project. Hurdle 3: City of San Antonio historic approval, we went back and forth with the wrap around deck design. Angel joined me on multiple city meetings and provided all CAD designs, plans etc. Overall the work really started in January of . Once we got those items out of the way and full historic approval the actual construction time period went pretty smooth, about 3 months. Danny and the team handled all the sub contractors efficiently and once the walls were closed up everything happened pretty quickly. All the subs were top notch and did great work. Overall we would highly recommend Danny, Angel, Antonio and the team at Rhino. I have included a lot of photos of before and after.
