Morgan is absolutely amazing at what she does!! She has an amazing personality and makes you feel absolutely comfortable about the procedure, very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. Shelby the office manager is such a sweet person and great personality also. They really make you feel welcomed and love the atmosphere. I always enjoy my visits , seeing them and of course feeling beautiful when I leave.

Peter was great for us as first time home buyers. I was in the midst of reporting for new orders on Fort Gordon, and my now-wife was busy working/preparing to move across the country. We'd never gone through buying property before and doing so in the midst of a strong seller's market while separated was challenging, but Peter went through great links to keep us both informed and on top of the rapidly moving market. Some houses would get away, being listed one night and snatched up by the next morning, but Peter inundated us with homes that balanced our wants, be it amenities, location, price, etc. Ultimately we landed what we genuinely believe to be the best house for us, and I felt we wouldn't have been nearly as lucky with someone else. I found Peter through Google Reviews, and the rating and reputation found here is well earned. It was only fair I come back to confirm that for others. A solid realtor and guy, definitely helped this young couple through a new process, and we're very happy for it.

God blessed us with Rita! My wife and I were moving to the Augusta area not knowing a sole, when Rita's name came across our preview and what a great experience. The last home we purchased was years previous and we had forgotten all the ins and outs it takes to purchase a home; especially now, that it is totally a sellers market. Rita was there to walk us through from step one to the last steps at closing. We looked at around 8 to houses and Rita was there for the good, the bad, and the ugly. We wanted to look at each property and she made it happen. Her experience and guidance was limitless. I hope it is years down the road, but the next time we sell or buy a home we will look toward Summer House Realty and Rita Renfroe.

Wendy helped us find our perfect home in the middle of a high stakes market! This is the best coffee shop in town! Good coffee both hot and cold. They make a great coffee drink with their homemade ice cream called the Honey Comb. Always friendly staff. The atmosphere is quiet and calming.

I can’t say enough about Mr Stinson and Mr Bill, they have got to be the kindest and sweetest repair men I have encountered. They had to make several trips to my home to repair my grandfather’s clock. I almost gave up but the clock is very sentimental so I was very attached to it. Mr Stinson didn’t give up and got it working, and not even to mention the price was reasonable. I would gladly recommend them if you need a clock repaired. Thanks so much Mr Stinson and Mr.Bill for a job well done….❤️
