After reading the reviews and how the team at Merkley Kendrick responded to each review I knew this was the place I wanted to do business for my jewelry needs… I went in to order a Rolex and worked with Rachel, who was fantastic helping me to ensure I was getting exactly what I was wanted…. I was also introduced to Brian, the President, whom was also very welcoming…. I’m in sales and I strive to give the best customer service possible…. This place goes above and beyond!!!! They made this such a fun experience! I can not wait for my first purchase to arrive and to have this relationship continue. Thanks so much!!!

My financial experience with Broker House Lending was excellent. John Moel and his staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Every detail of the Refinancing process was as discussed on the initial interview. They keep you up to date every step of the way with status updates. Brynn was great in collecting all the necessary documents, data and submitting all documentation for processing of our refinancing loan. I will definitely recommend Broker House Lending when refinancing or purchasing for a mortgage.

We ordered my engagement ring and both wedding bands from Royals. Every time we have been in there (which is numerous times by now) they have been pleasant, helpful, and kind. Their store is full of the charm and personalized service you get with a family-owned business. My fiancé found a wedding band he loved but it couldn’t be reordered in his size. Royals was able to size it and keep the continuous design that he loved and we hadn’t found anywhere else. Shopping with them was definitely a great experience!

Bruce was awesome to work with! He was very quick with our pre-approval letter and explained every detail of the loan (which was very helpful to us since we’re first time home buyers). He also kept up good communication with us throughout the home buying process. I would definitely recommend Bruce!!!

The HurriClean team that came out was very professional and attentive to what we wanted done to the house and the concrete. We did a walk through when finished, and 2 weeks later I am still very happy with what they done. Our neighbors from our neighborhood and the next had came by and asked us about who had did it. From the moment Abbey contacted us to offer their services I knew I would likely be going with this company for my home security needs. Abbey was very pleasant, professional and thoroughly explained the services Medley and Sons provided. This type of initial contact and service carried over in every aspect of the process. Being from Chicago and, traveling to our home in Louisville on a limited schedule Ethan and his team were very accommodating. Ethan came to our home and gave us several options to suite our needs and worked with a budget that we had in mind. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He helped us design a system that was perfect for our home away from home. Our technician Corbin was also very knowledgeable and very kind. He had us up and running and explained to us (hands on) how to use the system and the mobile app as well. My best friend and I made appointments at Lackadazee for permanent bracelets, and we had the BEST experience! Not only do I absolutely love my bracelet, but we had the best in store experience as well. Lackadazee is a Louisville gem, and I can’t wait to go back for other jewelry items!

My Loan officer was Kevin and he was amazing to work with! He helped me with literally everything! I worked with several people from Stockton and they were all amazing! Shout out to Kevin, Karmen and Todd. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

My mother’s funeral was one week before my daughter’s wedding.I wanted to reset the diamond my mom left to me in order to wear it to the wedding. I met with Sally on a Monday. I asked her to set the diamond with two little rubies from a ring my parents gave me when I was a child. Promising a Friday completion, Sally surprised me on Thursday with a call that my ring was ready. It is stunning! Equally impressive is the care the staff took in helping to meet my request. They were so supportive and took pride in making this little dream a reality!!

Dr. French is by far one of the BEST Doctor's there is out there! He always takes his time to listen and you never feel rushed with him. He truly cares about his patients and that is why I go to him because a good, caring Doctor is hard to find these days. He is truly one of a kind and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a PCP! His staff are also super amazing and very efficient. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help you in any way they can and that is very much appreciated! Keep Up the Great Work!!!

I was so very fortunate to have found Yuri as he is a true master craftsman. My large antique stained glass window set in a wooden frame was on the verge of falling apart. I made an appointment with him to come to my home. He was very punctual and totally professional. He took it to his shop and meticulously restored it to its former glory. I am very pleased with the quality of his work. The price was reasonable as the window was saved! Yuri delivered it back to me in a very timely manner, just /2 weeks which is nothing short of amazing! He is the absolute best!!!! Thank you again so much, Yuri!!!!

Patrick, Hector, and their crew were great throughout the whole removal process. It was a pretty emotional and intense time for my family and I but they were there and got the job done. I feel confident going into our remodel that they got everything out they needed too. Although I definitely did not want to meet them by something tragic happening to us, I am glad it was them to be there to try to make it better. Thanks guys! You are so appreciated!!!

I have two children who are new patients at this office and love it! My son is four and my daughter is and have been seen about three times in the last two months. The first appointments were well-child check ups and the last one being seen for an illness. The office is clean, staff is AMAZING, and doctors/nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable and patient with everyone. They actually sit in the room with you and walk through all questions you may have, answer said questions, and even give follow-up guidance if needed. My son is Non-Verbal Autistic so his appointments can be very trying. The staff is always so nice and patient with him when he's upset and helps in any way to make the appointment easier on us. I love this location and am so glad I found them because the prior medical office we attended was a nightmare. Calling for appointments is easy as is the online chart account because you can send questions directly to staff and get a response within the same day. I cannot say enough about this place. :)

Great Experience! Took the family out for a nice afternoon on the river. ' Pontoon was in good shape, fueled and ready. Good Safety briefing and launch from James. Will definitely be back. Fees were explained up front and handled very professionally, including deposit and refund of deposit. Ignore the 1 star rating. I stand by my 5 stars!
