First let me say that I am NOT much of a dancer, so when we first started talking about taking classes I had some reservations / reluctance. Eli is a great teacher, but more importantly he is so personable and professional that he put me at ease right away. He has helped us put together a routine that feels very personal and customized to our abilities and strengths. Even better, he is great at conveying the concepts of leading / following so that moves feel very fluid and intuitive. It has really increased our confidence and communication while dancing. We have been taking classes regularly and it has become a highlight of the week!
I have a severe hearing loss that started in my s, and have owned four pairs of hearing aids over the past years. I recently switched from a large local audiology clinic to Hears to U. Hears to U is a small office, and service there is personal and friendly. The office has a happy almost-family vibe, where owner/audiologist Kim Fishman and her (excellent) assistant Malia are more friends and peers than boss and subordinate. Hears to U is an unusually welcoming business! Kim carefully read my history before my appointment, and listened attentively to what I was saying. She worked to understand how my hearing loss was affecting me psychologically, and realized quickly that I needed thorough explanations to feel good about each step we took to address my hearing loss. Kim explained clearly what she could and couldn’t do for my hearing. She explained why her business carries many different hearing aid brands, and why a customer-focused clinic cannot have a brand allegiance. Kim quickly made my 5 year old hearing aids work better than they ever have (this after many rounds of adjustment at my previous audiology clinic). She explained exactly what I could expect from additional programs so I could get the most from them. She didn’t push me towards new hearing aids at all, leaving any move in that direction completely up to me. Over the next month, Kim fitted me with four different hearing aids, kept in touch during the week via email, and quickly answered questions and provided clear explanations. After these trials, one set clearly worked much better than others (and notably better than my existing aids). Purchasing was different than at my old clinic, where pricing was opaque and offered only one level of service at one (premium) price. Kim has clear, transparent pricing that let me choose between packaged and a la carte service. By tailoring a package to how I use services, Hears to U saved me $ on my new hearing aids. Kim did a full fitting to optimize the new aids. My hearing isn’t suddenly perfect by any means, but I’m hearing better than I have in the past years. It’s hard to describe how much this means to me! I really liked my previous audiology clinic, and would not even have looked elsewhere except a recurring issue made me rethink my allegiance. I’m really glad they let me down, because it resulted in me getting a much better outcome from a more fun, far less expensive audiologist and clinic! Thank you, Kim!
I found an electric car that Pavel had listed and contacted him. He was super friendly and easy to deal with and had a little extra history on this car because he had sold it once before a few years back. Because I am out of state, he sent along a few extra pictures and advised that he had recently serviced the car with an alignment and new tires, which I thought was great, especially at the very fair listed price. After I slept on it a couple of nights, I let him know I was interested in having the car shipped to Denver. Pavel sent me paperwork to sign, transferred some money, car was shipped the next day, and arrived just two days after that. In all, the transaction took just 5 business days. Shipping cost less than he originally quoted. The car is as good as advertised if not better. I would highly recommend GS Motors for purchasing and shipping if you are out of state.
Dan did an excellent job with our buyer's inspection. His attention to detail and thorough process was impressive and very reassuring. He didn't skip over any detail during our final walkthrough. He provided helpful feedback and suggestions, as well as a detailed report on his findings. He presented himself as a very knowledgeable and competent inspector. I would highly recommend his services.
The Caterers Kitchen catered our wedding reception and we are SO happy we chose them! Ali & Tessa were easy to work with, the food & drinks incomparable, and communication flawless. We didn't have to worry about anything, they handled the event with total grace. This is a good vibes company! Thank you, Caterers Kitchen!
We had a pinhole leak in a pipe that had been spraying water inside our mechanical closet. We didn't notice it until water was coming out from under the door. This had been going on for some time so there was mold growth on the sheet rock wall. We found the issue on the weekend and I was able to stop the leak temporarily. I called Dan and he was very thorough and responsive asking all of the right questions. He was willing to come out and inspect it, but we were able to determine that it was not an emergency so he set an appointment for Monday morning. Dave arrived promptly and was very helpful explaining the repair and the methods they would use to protect us during the mold removal. The crew arrived and set up a containment system to keep the rest of the house clean and free from pollutants from the mold. They discovered that the area affected was more extensive than what we originally thought so they removed the damaged portions, removed the mold and dried out the area thoroughly. Once that was complete they replaced the damaged sheet rock, taped, painted and cleaned the area. It looks like new and we are unable to see that there was ever a problem. Overall Dan, Dave and their team was extremely prompt, knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use them again if we have a need for a mold or water damage problem.
NorthWing Digital is great to work with! They are friendly and professional, and are very easy to communicate with. They did an excellent job of creating a personalized approach to improving our online presence which has been driving more business to our company.
This has been the most informative, evidence based class I have ever taken. My wife and I both genuinely enjoyed Molly, Nicole, and Liz in how they presented the material in a fun, engaging way. You'd think 3 hours would be super long but it goes by quick and we are now wondering what to do with our Tuesday evenings. Thank you to all at BirthED for the knowledge, effort, dedication for all you do. I know that my wife is less anxious with everything she has learned here!!!
After working remotely from home for much of the past two years, Olio Coworking has helped me regain focus and become more productive. Being on Mainstreet in Hopkins offers great walkability… a block or two to Chipotle, Pub , the grocery store, a couple of breweries, and more.
The thrill of setting an alarm or continuously refreshing the browser during a designated time, if lucky, leads to some pretty phenomenal ice cream. Only complaint is if your near the back of the line or wait for an extended period of time, ice cream melts quite a bit as it sits out on a table… I always come prepared with a cooler and ice packs for the min drive home so not the end of the world, just an observation!
Kurt and his team have always been fast professional and on top of everything my family and I have ever needed. A big thanks to Kurt and his team. We look forward to many more years of working together. Chuck Kowalke & Family
Even though I'm a contractor myself , I had to hire The Glass Guru to fix a few windows in our three-story investment property. Everyone was polite, professional, and thorough—from my initial phone conversation to the quote and installation. Owner Peter is a terrific man and extremely knowledgeable. The installation was quick and clean, and the windows look fantastic. The project was really affordable and less expensive than other competitors.
These guys are awesome! We had a major hail storm that did damage to our roof. They came out, worked up an estimate, got with our insurance company and we have a new roof. They had a few obstacles but stayed in contact with us until the job was done. The owner was in contact with me through the whole process. Thank you Adams Roofing Company!
It is amazing. Adama is the best instructor. I've been taking classes since . He makes learning easy and fun. My classmates have become very good friends. I cannot say enough good things. Come take a class and you will see for yourself.
I recently moved to Minnesota from out of state and I needed a Pride Mobility lift chair. Jackie found one for me (that very day) and Paul delivered it and set it up for me (that very day). This is the high level of customer service that Transtech Mobility provides! I highly recommend this business, thank you very much for taking good care of me.
