So very friendly and helpful the moment you walk in the door. I was looking for a watchmaker downtown, so I took a couple of old chronograph watches in to Bulow for service and their most excellent Certified Master Watchmaker attempted a fix on one of them right on the spot, but as it turned out, the watch needed a complete overhaul. In two and a half weeks, I got the call to pick up both watches and they now operate like new! If you want to find a special piece of jewelry, have one made or repaired, or have any watch repaired, this is the place to go.

Wills & Wellness made a difficult process extremely easy. Kim was very professional during the course of setting up our estate plan. She was attentive to our specific needs and requests for the several aspects of our personal plan. She also provided her professional recommendations upon request, which was very helpful and insightful. Her support team, especially Vernon, was also invaluable both during and after our plan was finalized. They provide a custom family service, while making you feel part of a "family." I cannot overstate it... Oleg is fantastic! His artistry is something otherworldly. I am amazed at the level of detail he can put onto a tiny ring. It is rare to find someone who exceeds your expectations with their work and also communicates well. He is very responsive to phone calls and I was able to meet with him quickly (even in December!) It made sense for me to make a call to arrange to meet, and once I had a final design to give him, he got to work right away. It was incredible to go from my humble sketch to the finished product in hours. And for this level of work, the price was very fair.
