Yakiniku Restaurants near me in White Plains, New York, US.

"Went with a party of four. Wait was long but still worth it. The waiter was kind of forgetful but I definitely don't fault him-- busy night. He gave us shots to make up for the service. Food was pretty damn amazing. It was fresh and the cooking material (grill and tongs) were clean and accessible. Pricing was reasonable. And yes, some badasses Naruto sculptures are at the bar in the front. Would highly recommend coming back."

"Great food, great service, good prices. Cozy atmosphere year round, but especially during the winter. Nothing like having great Korean food to fill your belly and heart with joy in the dead of winter. Kind and attentive employees. Don't really understand some of these negative reviews that have to do with "authenticity" of the food or parking. Just because they're willing to diversify their menu with other food like Japanese, does not mean the Korean food is any less authentic. Never had an issue with parking. Maybe I just don't complain about parking on the Avenue."

"My daughter wanted to take me here, and I'm glad she did the food was very good prices not to bad for a couple I say in the range with a drink $100 plus tax and tip. The meat range was a lot of food, and the fried rice was superb! My favorite was the fried chess wonton! The drinks were top shelf liquor, which was a plus. Reservation is the best way to go, or you could have a long wait. This restaurant is now available to come in without proof of vaccination."

"Great food with stellar service! We ordered beef tongue and the 5-kind assorted meat with salt, and they taste extremely flavorful. The rice was also unexpectedly good with the bbq sauce. The waiter was super nice and helped us ask what kind of rice the restaurant uses. 10/10 would recommend if you're trying to find a place with great Japanese bbq and service!"

"Oh my god. This place was so very good. I usually never take the time to write reviews but this place really deserves it. Big fan of the beefs, pork.. wasn’t a big fan.. basil shrimp was okay. The sauce for the meat!! Was outstanding!! <3 the Matcha Crepê Cake. Was amazing aswell. Very friendly staff. Nice tables. I don’t like the corona drapings but yeah. Will come again, though it is very expensive. Per meat is around $8-10, and if you get a couple of different meats, the bill adds up. But so good. Oh the Binbinbap Veg rice was delicious. Beware the Garlic noodles, they are horribly unseasoned. And the calamari was a bit over salted. Still will return. Top restaurants"

"Easy to make reservation, their combo menus were great (lots of variety), serving the giant mug draft beer is big plus, also S’mores for dessert (part of the combo) were great as well! 4 of us ate so much and had so much fun. Great for big group!"

"Came here with my husband to eat dinner one day. The interior of this restaurant is so beautiful and had a “zaseki” seating area for customers to take their shoes off and sit comfortably, while enjoying the meal. We decided to order 2 asahi beer first to cheer, then ordered their Toraji course to get the full experience. We started off with the soup, yukke, salad and wagyu beef sushi. They all tasted so good with the beef sushi literally melting in your mouth (cue in the drool). Finally, we started cooking the meat, which we literally finished every single piece in one bite. It was definitely some of the best meat I’ve ever tasted and would absolutely come here again for a celebratory occasion!"

"A MUST eat for those who love yakiniku & quality meat!! Blown away at how delicious their BBQ boxes are. My absolute favorite lunch spot next to Rockefeller!"

"Good quality food, fast service. The assorted beef platter is a good option. The individual meat dishes are much smaller than what you see on the photos. Stick to the BBQ meats, the other dishes are so so. Service is fast and very friendly."

"We always come here during happy hour. Their have many options for alcohol drinks. We usually order a pitcher of kirin beer. Set menu are good too. If you are a meat lover, try their jaramillo skirt steak & bistro hanger steak, which are amazingly delicious! Their dessert menu is excellent! You can even have a piece of Lady M here! Remember to try their taiyaki with ice cream!"

"I had this on my bucket list for the longest time and decided to go try it this week but it disappointed me. The service was good but the food just took too long to grill. The meats came out half defrosted and the fire on the grill took so long to cook the meat even though the slices were fairly thin. For the whole time I was just waiting for the meat to finish grilling."

"One of the best Japanese BBQ I’ve ever had!! We ordered meat lovers for two and we had plenty! The menus comes with edamame, miso soup, salad, rice, and many many types of delicious meats for two but could feed even three… it’s a generous amount of high quality food! At the end, the menu included two s’mores as well!! Service was impeccable and food delicious!! Absolutely worth it!! 💯 recommended"

"We came here for restaurant week and got what was on the menu for that and it didn't disappoint. Although it was definitely less than we thought it was going to be, it was a good tasting for an introduction to the restaurant. We ended up also getting the thick cut tenderloin which was very delicious and well prepared in front of us by the waiter. It seems like this place specializes in wagyu so that's what we'll get next time we come back. Overall a really good experience."

"Very nice service. Very good place to go. All you can eat Beef and sushi is part of the buffet. Just sashimi isn't not free. The bake scallop and oyster is a must order to eat there. I will definitely come back again."

"This place is the absolute best!! We go here regularly and for this visit was here for our anniversary. I had a few requests and adjustments that needed to be made and was offered fair explanations and more than generous accommodations. Our server Kaycee (sorry If I spelled that wrong but we were at table 82 on Jan 2), was patient, coherent and extremely attentive! I do recommend to ask questions on the flavor profile of various broths if you’re going to hot pot so you can save them the trouble of bringing new ones. That was my own mistake! They have a large variety of meats, vegetables, and various sides as well as even noodles for their hot pot. They also have desert and appetizers included. This only applies if you do the all you can eat option which I always recommend. They have a fine selection of alcoholic delights and their bar is absolutely stunning!! Our server also provided a special touch at the end of our meal in regards to our anniversary. We will always dine here :)"

"This place NEVER fails to deliver. I just love the concept of cooking in the middle of the table, and it's so FRESH! I love all of their options, you have to try everything at least once...the flavors are truly authentic Japanese. Great cocktails, strong too! It's a great date night or get together spot. Highly and will always recommend."

"This place deserves 5 stars. From visiting sushi places in Hawaii, California, and Florida this place is in my top 3 for sure. I've been here twice now and don't even want to try the surrounding sushi spots. The service is excellent, very friendly family and the sushi tastes very very fresh. If you haven't tried this place you ought to it's delicious!!"

"I could not recommend this location more! We are new to this shared dating style, so we wanted to start with the best! The service was too notch & extremely quick. Our server was especially attentive knowing that we were a little unsure of how the process works. The beef, chicken, pork, ALL of it, coming out extremely fresh & quickly. To top it off, we felt very safe with the COVID protocols & barriers they had in place, even after most regulations had dropped. I will certainly be recommending to anyone looking to visit Ottawa! 5 Stars! ✨"

"I loved my visit at Guy Kaku. Food was good! We had many meats, shrimps, rice and some starters. Almost everything was really good, I just didn't like the chicken and shrimps. I also tried a sweet sake that taste almost like lychee melted ice cream. The price is not cheap but neither expensive. We ate a lot with one sake and our bill was 75. The place was very clear and I would go back for a date or going out with friends."

"So, SO good!! Just really good, well-seasoned meats and excellent appetizers. The meats were so perfect, you didn't need any sauce. And the staff / service are so attentive - I felt like they changed out our hotplate every 10 mins or so, it was almost excessive! Prepare to leave happy, very full, and smelling of delicious BBQ all day. You have been warned! Also the portions are ridiculously huge. We got a 3-person set for 5 people and it was just barely finished."
