I attended the Liberty location. I was in for a very long day as I had 4 exams that day. The ladies that did my check-in were so lovely. I believe one of them was called, Sam. Both were very professional, attentive, and funny! Sam noticed that I was looking at a mammogram brochure and asked if i wanted to book an exam that day? I did. The technician was extremely friendly, warm, and funny too. She also went out of her way to see if I could have most of my exams at the same location. I had 2 scheduled at the Liberty (now 3 with the mammogram) and 2 at the N.E location. I was able to remain there and have 4 exams and 1 at the N.E location. Only reason for that is the Liberty location does not do cardiac scoring. Overall, I was extremely happy with services from both locations and would highly recommend Diagnostic Imaging Centers, especially the Liberty location in KC, MO.

Took my son to Carbon health for a second opinion on a diagnosis. We were able to get an appointment very quickly. The staff was super friendly. Our provider, Andy, was so helpful. We had a lot of questions and concerns. He took the time to listen to us, respond with helpful information, and put our minds at ease. We were in and out in less than minutes with more answers about our diagnosis. I would highly recommend this place for your medical needs!

I am traveling and picked up a upper respiratory infection somewhere. I arrived without an appointment about an hour before closing time. The front- desk staff was welcoming, professional and courteous. Although I waited a bit over an hour (which was past their closing time), I was seen and no amount rush or impatience was displayed by the staff. They listened to me, ran appropriate tests, prescribed medication and had me on my way in about minutes. The visit was professionally conducted from start to finish. If I am in this area again and need urgent care services, I know who I am going to call.

I absolutely love the doctor I have seen at this clinic. I don't remember her name but do know her first name is Summer. She is the kindest and most thorough doctor. She takes time to explain things and really is empathetic to others and has an incredible bedside manner. The staff are all kind at this location and I would recommend this place to anyone especially if they are blessed enough to meet Summer. She is an example of what all doctors should be like.

I have been going to this office for a few years and any issues or problems that I’ve had has been addressed and corrected immediately!! Yes sometimes the wait time can be a little on the lengthy side but I’d rather wait a long time to see a doctor that takes their time with their patients and truly listens than to get a doctor that doesn’t really care about my issues and concerns and just gets patients in and out for a paycheck. The doctor/physicians assistant I see.... in my opinion is the best!!! I have a true respect for her!! She is always very kind to me.....she truly listens to me about what issues I have going on. She takes her time with me and she goes above and beyond to get me the help I need!!! She talks to me she doesn’t talk at me and most important she remembers me and my issues every visit. Which tells me she truly cares and is truly listening to me!! If you’re going to this facility just for pills then yes I suppose you will have a lot to complain about but I think it’s unfair to give this office a low rating just because you’re going for all the wrong reasons!!

We had not used a local urgent care facility before and when my PCP said I needed to go to one I wasn’t sure where to turn. Carbon Urgent Care happen to be close by, so we walked in. The reception area is clean and receptionist was quick to welcome us. There were only a few other clients waiting. Check in was fairly quick, although it could have been to be a bit more private. We were seen within min. The nurse and Nurse Practitioner were both thorough with questions, testing and explanations. I really appreciate the care they provided and their beside manners. I plan to keep Carbon Health Urgent Care in mind for any future needs and would highly recommend them to others!

It was a good experience. I arrived at appointed time, checked in, and had my mammogram. I was in & out in minutes! I’ve had my mammogram taken at this facility for more than years. They know what they are doing and are very efficient.

The staff was great. I needed a covid test before I was allowed to get back to work. I looked all over and could not get in anywhere. The place had the test, they were understanding, caring and got me taken care of as fast as possible.

I had a nuclear cardiac stress test on the sept . The ladies in that area, Kay, Na Rim and Kim are outstanding. They are a wonderful example of how patients should be treated. Kay was the one who came out to the waiting area and got me in a wheel chair and was with me the entire time. She explained the procedure in detail, started my iv, etc. she kept in freshly warmed blankets and did all she could to keep me comfortable. These folks are GREAT! Connie kelley

Though you might have to wait even beyond your appointment time, the staff is professional and friendly which makes waiting and understanding the need for the wait understandable. Being as timely as they can be while having a huge caseload and still being as upbeat as they can during these pandemic times keeps me coming back when I’m sick. They really listen to you and your concerns and try to get you in and out as quickly as possible with a treatment plan that works! Remember health care workers are people too which is why I try to be polite in all my interactions with them as they are with me!

Went to the Walk In Clinic today. It was very fast. I saw Hancock a PA and she was very kind. Took the time to listen to my concerns. Update: Went to see Dr. Patel for a yearly physical. Met her for the first time. She listened to my concerns and was genuinely kind. Kept thanking her for caring so much about my concerns, I was so impressed.

Wade is so great. He really knows what he's doing. He is friendly and professional all at the same time.
