We decided to go with Mitch after contacting over other places and we are so happy that we made the right choice. We were initially considering replacing our hardwood floors since there were a lot of dents that we thought refinishing wouldn't fix. But Mitch did an AMAZING job. Our maple floors look like they're brand new! Mitch is a professional who's very good at what he does, extremely detail oriented and doesn't cut corners - with his work or the products he uses. He was the only person we talked to who explained to us that he used premium Bona products, who knows what the other guys were using. He was respectful of our space and our needs (our friend was moving out of the house the first day of the job and Mitch made sure to work around him). We highly recommend him and would love to work with him again!

Calvin did a great job refinishing the hardwood floors in our entry, hallway, and kids' bedroom, at a good price. The floors gleam! We smile every time we walk on them. The kids' bedroom floor had been through a lot. Calvin had to replace a board, and it matches perfectly. We're very happy with the work, and would hire C H Hardwood Floors again.

We are very satisfied with our experience with Floor Depot for both floor selection and installation. Out of ~7 stores we visited, customer support during selection process was the most professional: knowledgable, nice and patient (thanks, Mike!). The selection in the show room was wide and smart. We ended up ordering Brazilian Oak engineered wood floor and went with Floor Depot’s installation crew since we were looking for a convenient one-stop solution and the quote was very competitive. Ed made great suggestions during initial inspection. In particular we loved wooden flash air vents (see pictures). The crew stained them and matched the color very well. We love the new look! George and Ed stopped by our place during the installation almost every day which was very nice of them. The installation crew was very professional and very well coordinated. They adjusted their schedule to minimize impact of the installation on my elderly parents who live with us. They also kept the working area clean. They spent a lot of time checking underlayment and fixing all pre-existing problems. Overall we are very happy with Floor Depot, it was truly worry-free experience. They are very honest people. We can not think of anything they could have done better. Will be coming back soon for re-carpeting the second floor.

The Wood Floor Company installed an engineered wood floor in our kitchen, family room, living room, dining room and main hall. About sq ft with a competitive price. They had to remove all the baseboard and then remove tile from the slab foundation; no small task. The organization of the work schedule was well done and the team worked well together. From protecting the walls and cabinets, to demolition to installation and clean up, all was done with skill and on time. The project manager met or talked to us daily about the progress. He was also a huge help in selecting the best engineered wood for our needs and style desires. It has been more than a year now and the floors look as good as new with no problems. What to send a shout out with major props to The Floor Store on Allmaden & Blossom Hill in San Jose. I had 6 quotes for carpet including Lowes & Home Depot , Joe and his teem supplied a better product at a lower price, % minimum savings compared to the other stores. Also the installation team Alfredo & Santos kicked butt, since my house being round had a very challenging floor plan, everything came out fantastic . I highly recommend these folks. Wendy did an excellent job helping me select engineered hardwood flooring and in designing my kitchen. I am quite picky and Wendy was patient with me as I went through various flooring options. When I finally decided on using the Lunaire engineered hardwood by Celeste floors, Wendy made sure the flooring was delivered on time and held the flooring in their warehouse until the contractors were ready to install it. As for kitchen design, Wendy gave 3 to 4 different configurations to choose from and often worked late to incorporate feedback from me. The cabinets were delivered on time as she promised and looked beautiful. The great part about working with Wendy is that she is very supportive even after delivery. During cabinet install, my contractor needed additional cabinet pieces and she worked quickly to make sure it was ordered and delivered in time to get my kitchen finished. I highly recommend Kiland Design because of quality of service I received from Wendy.

I had a great experience the first time I used Floors to Go. I went in like most people "knowing" what I wanted and after a very professional conversation with one of their employees he explained to me why I might want to go with a different option for flooring. I am so glad I ended up going with their recommendation, had I gone with my original floors I would have already had to replace them due to some water damage when replacing some kitchen pipes. They had recommended for my type of home and my future plans to go with LVT floors because of how durable and waterproof they are and don't warp because of that I minimized the amount of damage due to water. I ended up calling them back a few months later to instal the LVT in my bathroom as well. Not only did they recommend a more affordable product they also saved me from going back by recognizing I would benefit from the value of the LVT. They % had my best interest in mind instead of just taking my money and giving me "what I wanted". This is an honest business. Workers: I was blown away with the speed and precision of their workers. still to this day I show off to people how great of a job they did and how effortless they made it seem (so much so that I tried to install some in my closet.. it didn't quiet come out the same but made me appreciate their skill even more). Overall I'll be recommending their business to all my friends and family. They took care of me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and thats how the experience should be.

Precision Flooring recently helped me install a new carpet on my second floor. The whole process went smoothly. They did the purchase and installation within a few weeks.
