Women's Dedicated Health and Dr. Eun are a very classy and professional care team that provide crucial screening and health monitoring. Dr Eun delivered my youngest daughter nearly years ago and has maintained excellent advice and patient care. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!
I suffered a pretty bad shoulder injury last April and began physical therapy at this location with Alex in July. I was initially impressed with both the knowledge as well as the enthusiasm he had to get me rehabilitated and get the strength back in my shoulder. He not only had the knowledge regarding my shoulder but also has helped me with my lower back and other issues with my body. Also for anyone that rides dirt bikes this guy is an enthusiast and is your guy!
This is hands down the worst establishment I have ever had the misfortune to be stuck going to. I recommend this place as a last resort if you can’t find anything else. If your under the age of they will not take anything you day seriously and they can’t even be bothered to even pretend to care or keep up with your chart.
I got my IUD in here. First of all, they don’t have spurs for your feet so I had to use my muscles to keep my legs up the entire time (while in pain). Which meant I couldn’t relax my pelvic floor and control my breathing. Secondly, do your research with this place ahead of time. Many of my friends have told me that the pain getting an IUD can be very similar to labor contractions. I have never had a child, but this experience definitely warranted pain medication. This clinic does not do pain management. Unless you want to endure excruciating pain during your IUD insertion, go somewhere that does pain management. They basically lied to me and told me it wasn’t normal to experience immense pain. When my friends and family have said it’s just as bad as contractions. My aunt who has had two children refuses to get the IUD again bc it was so bad. They really don’t take this seriously here. Additionally, they only told me to take a normal dose of ibuprofen. Planned parenthood recommends mg of ibuprofen before the procedure.
Jessica has made me feel so comfortable and she truly cares about her patients. I'll never see anyone else as long as I live. She is the best!
They have been very helpful during the pandemic, distributing wipes, diapers, baby clothes, formula, shoes, toiletries etc weekly. However, now they have moved back to their original building and you can visit once a month. Anything helps, Im thankful for this service. The building does have books and toys and more options.
This is just based on the receptionist sherry, I called for 2 separate doctors who were not accepting new patients but she insisted on implementing her own opinion on a specific DR basically forcing me to stick with someone even though I was calling for a reason which felt I was invalidated for who I would prefer for my own care. Was also told I was lucky enough to have someone in “the plateau” because they were referring everyone to auburn or federal way. This altercation made me very uncomfortable & not very hopefully with the health services available for the people who live locally.
AWH truly did EVERYTHING they in their power to make me feel comfortable and supported from start to finish. From the moment I called, when I arrived, during my procedure, and when I left. Every step they were friendly, supportive, and truly listened and respected every question I asked and emotion I was processing. They think about their patients in every way, from the art on the walls, the music they play, the inclusivity, everything. I had the worst experience at planned parenthood a week prior to my appointment at AWH. I walked out and felt hopeless and even more uncertain given the environment and the way I was treated and I will say I’m so thankful I found AWH.
Awesome doctors and caring staff!!
My whole family has had our COVID vaccine from UP Medical Clinic. They have it organized so well. You just go online fill out some information and within a day or two they call and get you scheduled within the week. You walk out in and are in a room quite quickly getting the shot, which my family all said they didn’t even feel the needle go in. They give you your COVID vaccine card, which you need to keep as proof. You do have to wait I think mins to ensure you don’t have a reaction. Timer goes off, and your done. They contact you after the or however many days you have to wait between shots, and you get easily scheduled and do it one more time. It was so easy, I’m not sure why I had been reading posts on different sites how difficult of a time they were having getting their vaccine scheduled. This place is so efficient and the staff/medical team are all so friendly, I’m going to make this my main provider for all health they cover.
