Absolutely love this place! Took classes here when I was pregnant with my son. They helped me tremendously with clothes, diapers and other needs for him. The program lasts for a whole year which is a long time to be able to receive help. Because of them, I was well prepared to bring my newborn son home and care for him. The women there are so kind and supportive. I don't know what I would've done if I hadn't gone here for help after finding out I was pregnant. I % recommend this place for any expecting or new mothers who need help or anyone mom's who may just need some more support. You will not be disappointed.

Dr Ranallo, and EVERYONE in the lakeshore office is always SO welcoming, genuine and supportive. I absolutely can not recommend this office enough. Through pre pregnancy, irregular cycles, pregnancy, postpartum/recovery, weight loss after a baby, labs, EVERYTHING is / the standard of care that any woman deserves to have!! I appreciate this team more than I could ever put into words and absolutely love being a patient of Lakeshore!!

Some things are just meant to be, I couldn't have had a better experience with the midwives here! They provided awesome prenatal care during our first pregnancy which included not only physical but mental and emotional support. These midwives knew when I needed encouragement or just a hug and were quick to provide their support for me. The appointments were not rushed and the midwives discussed everything from labor positions to life changes after labor and delivery. My goal was to have an unmedicated vaginal delivery. After going well over weeks with a difficult pregnancy, I elected to be induced and ended up laboring for days in the hospital. It seemed as though my baby girl did not want to come and I was very slow to progress. These midwives knew my preferences and never gave up on me, they worked together tirelessly-even communicating through their different shifts & schedules. They gave me option after option for achieving a vaginal delivery and eventually our little girl made it through my birth canal healthy and happy...no c-section, not even a tear or stitch! When I tell people about my labor story and everything they did for me they always say, "Wow, I can't believe they didn't just give you a c-section!" I am very grateful that I choose this practice and would recommend them to anyone!!!

The receptionists and nurses were all very friendly , the facility was attractive, and the wait time was minimal to be seen by the doctor. I liked the fact that the doctor could access my records easily through Novant and her exam, diagnosis and recommendations were thorough and professional. Overall I would give this facility a out of and I would return and recommend it!

I have never had a PCP as efficient, professional, and thorough as Dr. Eagan. She is an expert at coordinating complex care across specialties and ensuring necessary labs and maintenance exams stay on schedule. She is well prepared before my visit and dedicated to keeping visits on schedule. I would highly recommend Dr. Eagan and her team to everyone.

The staff was extremely friendly. The PA I saw he was very knowledgeable. Took his time with me explained everything to me. Much better than most doctors I go to. They also did x-rays on me a real thorough x-rays. I went to orthopedic doctor and he just did two x-rays and that was it. I would strongly recommend them to anybody. I had the better treatment with them then I had with any doctor. Doctors are quick to give you a pill and push you out the door.

I have been going to Lisa Murphy NP for over a year. I have needed several small procedures and have been pleased with her level of professionalism and empathy. Good providers are hard to find and she is a gem. A couple of the techs are about as warm and fuzzy as DMV workers but you can’t have it all in life. Most of the staff are friendly and courteous.

First let me say this, I would give zero stars if I could. I started going to Dr. Wilson when I decided I wanted to get an IUD. I had the IUD put in and kept it for a few months. I decided that I wanted to get it removed because I wanted to take a break from birth control since I had been on it from the age of . When I went in for my removal appointment, I went in with my boyfriend at the time. We previously had conversations about this decision and knew that it was best for me. Dr Wilson was incredibly condescending and belittling during our discussion. When I told him that I wanted to remove it, he immediately started to question me on why I wanted to do it, and made me feel stupid for wanting to. He even turned to my boyfriend and asked “how do you feel about this?” As if it was his decision or his body at all. It didn’t stop there, after what felt like forever of trying to convince him to remove this thing from MY body, he said, and I quote “well, when you come back in a few months for your first pregnancy check up, don’t say I didn’t tell you so.” This was absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. I had a horrible and traumatizing experience with Dr Wilson and would advise any and all women thinking about going to see him to NOT. Side not- it’s been a year since I’ve started natural birth control methods and I am happy to report, I am not pregnant.

Very knowledgeable and professional! Enjoyed the staff and doctor’s upbeat attitude. Definitely follow the directions on the documents they send you because the GPS hasn’t linked up just yet.

This was by far one of the best and easiest experiences I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office! The front desk was kind, and I was taken back right at my appointment time. Dr. Shelnutt was so knowledgeable and helpful, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients! I was able to get my IUD implanted, Pap smear, and exam done in less than minutes. Whole process from paperwork to leaving took a total of minutes! Highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of women’s health care!
