This is the second time we've used Sunspace for our porch windows, and they've done an excellent job both times. Their customer service is outstanding, and we love the product. We had a leak in roof and called a roof company to check it out. The 1st roof company person that came by didn't even go on ladder and look at our roof. In fact, the 1st company person wanted us to file a claim to insurance saying there was a hail storm that that hail storm caused the roof leak. The 1st person was very insisted that we file a claim. He even called my husband a few days later like bugging us to file a claim with insurance company. We wanted a second opinion then we stumbled upon Sterling Concepts. Jed came by to look at our roof. He went with a ladder and looked at our roof. He said our roof can last for another years. In fact the issue wasn't the roof at all. It was our humidifier. So Jed said we can fix this issue that will actually solve it. His explanation makes sense. And he laid out the options and prices that's much more affordable. So even if we replaced the roof with 1st company, it still wouldn't solve our issue. Jed even fixed some minor issues in our house. The best knowledgeable handy man I've known so far and he's very professional. Glad I stumble upon Jed from Sterling Concepts.
