A Pane In The Glass was very professional from estimate to installation & very reasonably priced for the windows we needed. I’m thankful and would certainly recommend them for any of their services.

Lonsdale was hit by a storm, with tennis ball sized hail, June th of . My roof was seriously damaged along with my siding and a door. MN Smart Homes worked with my insurance company from the get-go, my roof and gutters were replaced within the first two weeks, and my siding about a month later. His work crews are good at what they do, the work is done right, and the work site is cleaned up daily. The roof took one day, and the siding was done in 3 days. Aren is very easy to work with, and is very low pressure in his approach, far different than the high pressure sales pitches we were getting. I highly recommend MN Smart Homes, and I would hope that my experience here, helps a few people feel more at ease, choosing this company.

They came and installed a large piece of glass in my home and did an Excellent job. I wouldn't go anywhere else. These guys are the best. Thanks Capital city glass.

I have been working with All Metro for almost a year on a roofing/door/siding project. Keith was amazing to work with. The crews were great. Great communication. We're relieved it's over, but Keith made the process less stressful than those projects can be. We have a Richfield rambler and man...they have issues. Here's to some much added value on that house and a great start for future new owners. We're at least going to enjoy it for a while still. We are so happy with the results!

Contracted Innovative to finish basement bedroom, bathroom, and small wet bar as well as to replace three exterior doors. Couldn't recommend enough. Dave and Joe kept us informed through the whole process. They also provided recommendations that we were really happy with. Overall we were very pleased on how things progressed and turned out.

New Deck My husband and I enjoy spending time out on our deck, having cookouts shared with good friends and family. Our old wooden deck has served us well but was definitely in need of some refurbishing, and we decided to replace it with a new composite deck. Trying to find a builder on Angie's List was frustrating because this season is so busy with many people wanting to do home improvements after a year in a pandemic. We had difficulty getting anyone to call us back. And if they did their terms seemed unreasonable and prices inflated. One builder tried to give us an estimate on the job of tearing down the old deck and replacing it sight unseen, and then stopped responding to our calls. After some research on composite decking my husband found recommended builders on TREX's website. He decided to call Coty Construction because they are listed as a Platinum Builder on the website. He definitely made the right choice! Once we contacted Coty, I got a call the next day to schedule a time for someone to come out and see the property and to give us an estimate. We had the pleasure of working with Curt through this process. Curt is knowledgeable and professional and he was a joy to work with from start to finish. Rex was the primary builder and he did a fantastic job with such attention to detail, despite having to work in rain and even snow, he was here every day. The work site was left clean with our old wood deck waste hauled away daily. The new deck is solid and truly looks like a work of art. We chose the TREX Transcend and it has a year warranty. We are happy it will be maintenance free for a very long time. Coty Construction acted with integrity and were true to their word through every part of this process. We are SO PLEASED with the end result and our expectations were exceeded in every way. Our new deck is stunning and we can’t wait to host a cookout bash to celebrate my niece’s graduation from U of M with family in just a couple weeks!! If you choose to hire Coty Construction for your new deck, you will be very happy with your choice!

No personal experience but reading Mr. Thornberg's review I had to comment. It's just a garbage can, that's where garbage goes. And the street in front of your house is not your personal space and you cannot dictate who parks there. To trash someone's business over such things is ridiculous. If you are unsure who your worst neighbor is, it's you! For this I am giving 5 stars to offset your 1 star.

Customer service is friendly and helpful enough when you actually find them, but majority of the time, you can't find anyone to help you. If you do find someone, they're already helping someone else and you have to wait a while before that transaction is complete before being helped. We bought $ worth of carpet and are waiting 7 weeks before it can be installed. In the mean time, the bill has already came for a service that has not been performed yet. Hmmmm... Lets hope all the bad reviews were based on emotions and not the service itself.
