My little place of calm. I've been here a number of times seeking calm and relaxation and that is exactly what you get. No matter the mood I come in, I always walk out feeling refreshed and realigned. I usually only come for massage but the offer a range of services from Accupuncture to cosmetic tattoos. They have a vast selection of supplements. And they are great at recommendations. They do a thorough intake and make sure they ask about all of your concerns. My special person is Chris... he is the sweetest most caring person. He loves what he does and takes pride in making you feel your best. He is a natural healer and his goodness just shines. I could come in the worst of moods and he turns my day around. By far the best massage I have received... and I was a therapist for may years. I really recommend checking this place out, there is something for everyone. You will soon be returning for more.

This Polestar group never disappoints. This organization and the new studio is run by professional physical therapists. The new space is bright and spacious with tons of natural light and all the best equipment available to balance your body and achieve the optimal length / strength relationships in your musculoskeletal system. The Polestar method of Pilates is a shining example of how creative physical therapists can take their medical knowledge, and enhance one of the best exercise methods available for healing from injury, surgery, or general postural imbalances. Because of their skill sets, and the thought that has gone into developing the Polestar Pilates methods, there is a night and day difference between signing up for general fitness club Pilates classes, and signing up for a Polestar class, private, or therapy session. I did survey other local studios that were closer to me before signing up at Polestar again, but can see that the others are missing the mark in terms of space, natural light, layout, and equipment, and of course they don't have the benefit of the Polestar Pilates methods and teacher skillsets. Happy to be back, and love the new facility.

I just got out of my appointment and couldn’t even leave the parking lot without leaving a review. Not only do I love the results but Jose and the rest of the staff are amazing! Extremely welcoming, sweet and nice!! I wanted a very natural look and Jose delivered just that. I chose them because of their great reviews and I’m so happy that I did. Will definitely be coming back to get more work done!! Thank you again to Jose and the rest of the staff!!

Best prenatal class you can do in the Miami area!! The class is a solid mix of cardio, strength and specific pregnancy-safe exercises (including pelvic floor). After your hour with Valerie in the park, you feel recharged. No better way to spoil yourself, your belly and baby! Looking forward going to the postnatal classes 👍🏼🙂
