"Beautiful boat, great and professional crew that were hospitable and by the book. Got a wonderful experience seeing the Bay Area from the water and would love to do so again some day. Thank you for the memorable experience, it is one I recommend to anyone else and will certainly remember!"

"Highly recommended for anyone who needs balloons for their events. Mr. Chan provided a few options with photos after I described the theme I was going for the event. He also asked a few questions to make his balloon creations unique for the event. He spent about 30 minutes for the setup on the day of the event. I worked with a couple of other balloons vendors in the past, but I would definitely work with Mr. Chan again."

"I love Ruby sailing! They can squeeze you in sometimes on same day. $ 50 bucks gets you a two hour cruise on bay. The ferries almost cost that much. Totally worth it! I sailed with them 10 years ago and a few months ago. Support them please they are amazing!"

"Room was spacious and made you feel like home. Service was impeccable and they always were there for you. In room wine selection was also excellent and very reasonably priced. Enjoyed so much, we ended up purchasing several bottles to enjoy at home!"

"Omar and staff were excellent- warm and welcoming and incredibly helpful with airport transportation and anticipating our needs. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely welcome plate of fruit, snacks, fresh water, and a nice turndown service with slippers at the bedside and chocolates on the pillows. Location was great, you can reserve a parking spot for $54 which is more than reasonable in SF. Bathroom was modern and had really nice amenities. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great food and cocktails. Sergio the beverage director is a awesome bartender. Get the pheasant for sure! Amazing ambiance and service. My new go to spot in the City."

"St. James is great for anyone looking for a place to connect spiritually. Being Episcopalian not required! It's very welcoming to all."

"A very beautiful center which is hidden and hard to find if it's your first time there. They do not do wedding there anymore. A great place to have a big bday party, graduation party or whatever event you can think of. It sits at least 200ppl with more room for standing. We had a wonderful experience here on a graduation party we had"

"This place is absolutely picturesque! It is a beautiful and must place to visit if you are in San Francisco. It's Roman architecture and the pond located in front of the Palace adds to its beauty. Although it is a small location you would not regret coming here at least once. A great way to spend either a morning or afternoon stroll, sunset. palace of fine arts has great lighting and it looks majestic from everywhere around, walk it to enjoy each corner and admire this architecture style that enhances the magic of SF. It has a quiet and beautiful atmosphere. A great spot to take great photos and is easily accessible!"

"What an incredibly beautiful place! I performed here as the pianist for a wedding reception - the variety, building, & layout are all simply stunning. It is also nestled in Golden Gate Park, which if you are visiting SF, is a must see- there are do many things to do in the park alone. SPEND THE DAY HERE IN THE PARK! You won’t regret it- there’s the music concourse, Japanese tea garden, the botanical garden, the Academy of Sciences, Buffalo, and of course the conservatory!!"

"Every one is always so nice there. The sound is good. There is no seating down stairs but if you get up stairs early enough you can get a table that over looks the main floor with a great view! There is only 4 or 5 tables like that so they fill up quick."

"An absolute gem: luxurious exquisite experience from start to finish. Upon arrival the staff offered a room update and a full list of welcome gifts (breakfast and dinner vouchers). The room on the 45th floor was well decorated, spotlessly cleaned and had all the essentials for a stay in the city. It was a very memorable experience, staff made sure we are treated with ultimate care and respect. “Cherry on the cake” was an incredible breakfast: still craving those buttermilk banana pancakes and a light balanced oatmeal. Thank you to the staff for your attention to details, it’s an achievement to keeping the standard of 5* hotel in San Francisco!"

"Amazing venue with an incredible view of the Golden Gate! Spacious and appreciated access to the coat storage area for hidden storage for my friend's event. Parking was tricky but did appreciate that they let us reserve 10 spots for immediate family and vendors. Already looking for an excuse to go back."

"“Phenomenal” doesn’t begin to describe this hotel…hands-down, best hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. From the front desk to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping team, every person we chatted with was beyond amazing. Helpful, pleasant, engaging, welcoming…we truly felt like we were returning home every time we came back. Location is spectacular, in a great, vibrant neighborhood within walking distance of many top San Francisco tourist attractions. I’d come back in a heartbeat. We had the privilege of staying on the club level, and Rudy, Starsky, Leo, Yvonne, and the team really went above and beyond the call of duty to get to know us and make our stay amazing."

"Good location. Nice breakfast menu. Cool gym at Equinox. Fast service. Great valet. AC was little too close to bed. I wish there was more movies to rent. And we couldn't figure out how to connect device to tv. Shower head was alright. Little disappointed. Overall, nice stay. Thanks!"

"OMG!!!!!!!!!! WHERE DO I START!?! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!! From the valet all the way to the Master suite!!!! THEY TREATED ME LIKE THE QUEEN I AM, COURTESY, PROFESSIONALISM,CLEANLINESS AND ATTENTIVE!!!!! I WANT TO LIVE THERE, seriously!!! The food was AMAZING!!!! "A terrific place to eat with an amazing priceless view . You order your food, then they give you a beeper , when it is ready to pick it up. So you can sit anywhere you like. They have a window where you can watch the cooks work on your food. They have excellent service walking around if you need anything. While we were there, they had a live nice band playing . We got the meatballs app and they were delicious. I got the double burger, so good, loved the sauce. We got the fish and chips and the chips were big, but perfectly cooked and seasoned. Loved loved the place."

"I liked this venue for our conference. It worked well. One main hall and it's got a good number of small brakeout spaces for smaller meetings. The views are good here, tho they are kinda blocked by the main freeway passing by. Food was good here but I'm.not sure if that was done by an external alarm company. Toilets are standard."
