If you're renovating an older home you can bring a sample down here and have them test it for asbestos. The results come back pretty quickly- sooner than they say. Otherwise, it's a pretty straightforward and painless process. Wasn't real expensive and it's important information to know before you year into the home.

Dave provides a quick and very professional service with great price! My backflow check 1 failed at the annual test with reading at 0.9. I was told the rubber need to be replaced. But I called Dave for a second opinion. He said it might just need to be cleaned and sealed. The reading was good after he cleaned it up and resealed the unit. That is almost $. cheaper than the 1st quote. Highly recommended!

The person who left the bad review sounds like a Karen who didnt get his or her way and was most likely a raging jerk to get the treatment they described, remember folks treat people as you wold like to be treated.
