We recently had our pipes replaced throughout our whole house by Gene Johnson Plumbing. The turnaround time from estimate to scheduling the job was quick and easy. Chad completed our install and he did an amazing job! He was very thorough and flexible with our schedules throughout the job. We could tell he has a passion for what he does and truly throws his whole self into his work, and it shows. We appreciated his communication with us throughout the week as well as reviewing the details of the install after it was completed. We will certainly be using Gene Johnson for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

We were helped out by Colin Bastys, and if the rest of the company is anything like him, then these are *definitely* the people to call. He came out on a Sunday morning, just a few hours after we called. He was extremely friendly, good-humored, and patient. Before we started work, he answered every question we had, and ran through every expected cost. And at every step along the way he made sure to explain what he was doing and why. But that’s not even the really impressive part. This guy literally spent several extra hours of his day working on a less-invasive solution for us, when he could have just ripped through the house, charged us more for the work, and been on his way faster. But they spent extra time earning less money to make us happy, without us even asking. We didn’t push for that solution or anything - he volunteered it as an option! And even when his part of the job was done and paid for, and the last part of the project was passed along to Craig C. (who was extremely effective and efficient, because again, these guys are great), Colin stayed on site to make sure the problem was resolved and we were happy. At the end of the day, they fixed the problem, spared us any disruptions, and came in exactly on budget. I don’t think we’ll ever call anyone else.

I called Roto-rooter yesterday because both the toilets in my house were acting up to the point where we could barely use them. They were able to send someone out today. Ben was very helpful and professional. The two toilets had unrelated problems (just bad timing and I was lax in getting one looked at). He was able to fix them both with parts and tools he had on his truck. He took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. It was great to get this resolved so quickly. I'm not sure if the price was good because I have nothing to compare it to, but it was very transparent. Overall I'm very satisfied.

Three quotes were all nearly the same, so 'value' was neutral.. But Roto-Rooter scheduled me within less than hours, and called to arrive early in the scheduled window. Quickly came up with an estimate and a safety waiver, and came in nearly exactly right. Great job in an older manufactured home that needed a bit of custom installation. Made sure replacement was completely to code with earthquake safety straps and pressure relief tank. Great job!
