My husband bought my wedding ring and warranty here over 5 years ago, and they always take good care of it and are so nice to me when I go in for my cleanings! 😊 Bruni helped me this last time and she was wonderful! Super sweet and helped me with everything I needed. I had to get it re-sized for the first time so I’m glad she helped me out!

I had an engagement ring that needed to be fixed from a previous jeweler. The opal had turned black and needed a new stone. I had it sized and the previous jeweler did a horrible job fuzing it together. I brought it here and they put in a new opal, fixed the place it was fuzed together and polished it up. Seeing the final result made me want to cry. They did a fantastic job. Thank you so much for restoring my ring to perfection.

Absolutely one of the best watch repair families in the business. High integrity and competitive prices. Paul and Raymond will even tell you when not to invest in fixing a watch. Great sense of humor as well. Everytime, I visit Paul shows me something new about the watch I am getting repaired. Four generations. Encyclopedic knowledge of the industry. Replacement batteries are still only $5. Definitely my go to place for getting the job done right.

Outstanding customer service. Wow!! I went there today to sell my old wedding ring. The guy I talked to (maybe the owner?) was super knowledgeable and friendly. He took a look at my ring and very selflessly told me I could probably get more if I were to sell it to a private party. He weighed the ring, told me the brand and size and that it's k white gold. He told me the approximate value vs. what he would give me for it to just melt it down. Then, it gets better. He polished it all up for me and gave it to on what looked like thin parchment paper so no finger oils would get on it. He did all of this for me without getting anything in return (except for this review). It's selfless, awesome customer service like this that matters tremendously and that builds trust. I would recommend AK to anyone in the market for fine jewelry. In the future, if I'm in that market, I will definitely be taking my business there.

Best watch service around. Scott repaired a Invictus watch that needed a battery and the Hour?minute hands painted again. He also shorten the wristband for a Citizen watch and buffed the band so it looks nearly brand new. I may need a new power cell for my Citizen and I will have him replace it soon.

They did a great job on my Seiko 5KX mod. Plan on coming back for some of my other watches. Very professional and answered all of my questions. Wish they were a little closer to my house but its well worth the drive 😊.

The two people who provided service for my son and I were extremely helpful. The younger of the two gentleman was honest and genuine with pricing and the products they had. His father also was very attentive when fixing my broken watch that was over years old. My son was happy with the selection and was able to choose a new watch within 5 minutes of walking inside. The place had a family-business atmosphere between the father and his son. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to fix their older watches or look for well-priced replacements.
