"I am traveling and picked up a upper respiratory infection somewhere. I arrived without an appointment about an hour before closing time. The front- desk staff was welcoming, professional and courteous. Although I waited a bit over an hour (which was past their closing time), I was seen and no amount rush or impatience was displayed by the staff. They listened to me, ran appropriate tests, prescribed medication and had me on my way in about 35 minutes. The visit was professionally conducted from start to finish. If I am in this area again and need urgent care services, I know who I am going to call."

"I drove out of my way just to come to this clinic because of it's positive reviews, and I'm very thankful that I did! The nurse practitioner, Kelly Schelich, took her time with me and never once made me feel rushed, explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. I felt her care and compassion for what she does. I was a walk-in and waited maybe 2 minutes before being seen, which was wonderful because I was diagnosed with a double ear infection, bronchitis and a sinus infection. She sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy and I only waited 15 minutes for them to be filled. Every single person I encountered was willing to help and extremely polite. I will definitely be back in the future!"

"Everyone was super friendly and professional. I actually felt like a valued patient from each person I encountered. I received better care here than at my family doctor. Very impressed! Highly recommended!"

"I have used this location many times and the nurses have always been very helpful, friendly and seem very genuine. I definitely recommend of you can’t see your regular Dr due to sudden illness."

"I went to this Walgreens clinic yesterday and had another great experience. I specifically drove to this one b/c of my past 3 good experiences here with my family. The nurse was excellent and knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. It’s easy to make an appt online. I did not have to wait even though I was 5 minutes late. I assume you might have to wait 30 mins max in some instances if another patient runs over. I usually wait 30 mins minimum at other drs anyway. Igor my medication in less thank 5 minutes, which I was not expecting. Thank you Walgreens."

"I went to this clinic on 21 Sept 2021, I saw Nicholas White NP. This gentleman was awesome. He was extremely kind, caring, and listened. A huge shout out to the pharmacy, my meds were ready in a minute. Thank you Mr. White, and the pharmacy, made to work in time."

"I went early to walk in clinic. It opened at 9 on Saturday but I thought I could get there early so I could be first in line. There was one person in front of me & she indicated we couldn't sign in until 8:55. So at 8:55 we got up and signed in. At 9:01 the doctor/nurse practitioner showed up. At 9:16 she came out to tell us there were online appointments ahead of us and that she could only take one of us. She offered me an appointment at 12:30! Why it doesn't tell you that when you sign into the admitting computer is beyond me!!! I thought it was first come first serve! Not impressed!"

"At Minute Clinic we diagnosis and treat per the recommended guidelines that is supported by research. We do not prescribe the wrong dosage of antibiotics as that other post would suggest. We do what is best for our patients and all of our treatment is supported! Minute Clinic providers have no control over the Kiosk or the online "hold your spot in line" that system is run by corporate and when the kiosk goes down there is nothing the provider can do. When everything is running smoothly we of course honor the save your spot in line 😀"

"Scheduled my appointment online the night before, got to the appointment 15 minutes early, waited 40 minutes thinking they were running behind (being patient, literally) when a clerk finally came up to ask the pharmacy people if the clinician had showed up yet. They said, "No." Four of us had been waiting a long while right outside the pharmacy window and no one bothered to tell us... Fuming!!! The text and phone call after the fact were NOT helpful as I had already rushed off to find another clinic (NOT Walgreens) so I could get back to work."

"I was unknowingly develioping Bronchitis and had trouble breathing. Was very uncomfortable and a bit anxious due to the pressure in my chest. Decided I should not wait for this to run it's course and went in to the minute clinic. I was impressed and very encouraged at how professional, patient and thorough the NP Justin was today at my visit. I am already starting to feel a little better!!"

"Alyssa was beyond phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable, and Smart. She was super skilled with her shots as-well. When I got my flu shot, I felt literally nothing not even the pinch!. I’m very impressed!"

"Made an appointment online got in right away and got my meds to start tonight. Wouldnt recommend for serious conditions or illness but stomach bugs sinus infection or any other simple illnesses I would definitly recommend this for. Just like seeing a Nurse practitioner at a Drs office. I am allergic to most antibiotics and she took her time to find the best treatment possible for me. Will definitely go back if needed in the future."

"Not a long wait, only 1 other person ahead of me. The nurse practitioner was able to run up to the pharmacy desk and ask they hold off closing for the evening because I was just about done with my appointment and needed a prescription filled. I was so grateful for that! I was able to walk out in 1 hour with a diagnosis and medication. Plus, I went home with my weekly groceries. All in one stop!"

"Went here on the weekend since my doctor's office was closed. Kim was wonderful. She listened attentively and provided really great care. She even checked the system to see why my copay was so high--without me saying anything--and discovered the system marked the visit as urgent care when it shouldn't have. She fixed it promptly to make sure I wasn't overcharged. I truly appreciate the professionalism."

"Website states "walk-ins" welcome, I went to check in at the front desk. Receptionist asked how she could help and I stated that I needed to take a covid test. She told me that I could not get that done here. When I asked for clarification, she stated that only people who are sick can get a test done at their urgent care. She did not ask if I had symptoms (which I do) but went back to her computer screen. Not sure if this is normal? Urgent Care centers that welcome walk-ins, but when there are no patients in sight, will not take a paying customer to have a quick covid test taken? Disappointing..."

"Refused our insurance. When I talked to my insurance co. they said “you have a PPO, you can go out of network anywhere.” It’s right on the card."
