Alex was great. Showed up quick and he was the man.
Very professional, quick and excellent customer service. I got my Chinese Visa in two business days as promised and they took care of my passport quickly as well.
Reliable service, they specialize in rush deliveries short or long distance... The prices are fair and the staff is professional. I Recommend
Amazing people
Highly recommend this place for actual nice looking passport photos. The owner took multiple pictures from different angles and even let me pick the best looking one. You don't get that kind of service at a Walgreens. He was also able to print them in both US sizes and Korean sizes for an extra cost, but it was worth the investment for such good pics. And he was really nice too!
I had a very good experience with travel visa pro. Good customer services, quick respond to email and phone call and staff are very easy going and professional. I will definitely do business with them and refer them to any want who need help.
Nice consulate office, located near Santa Monica, where there is quite large Lithuanian community. I have been here in May, during the Presidential elections. The service was quite prompt, and staff was polite and friendly. Definitely, if anyone need help to visit Lithuania, or need help from Lithuanian government, I would recommend a visit to the Consulate office!
My passport was expired and I had an international trip that was days away. I had sent in an expedited renewal to the Department of State however USPS lost the package which included my expired passport. I found Rapid Passport on Google and couldn't be more thankful that I called them. Ruth is extremely knowledgeable on the ins and outs of all things passport related. She's truly a pro and is committed to helping. It's very casual dealing with Rapid (she texts/calls from her cell phone) but that makes it extremely efficient and easy. I got my passport in time and can confidently say that it was all because of Ruth!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Rapid, you really won't regret it and you can trust you're in the best hands.
You pay a premium for the convenience but for me, business owner, mother of 3, worth every penny. I overlooked expiration date of my passport and discovered it one week prior to departure. Office is lovely and accomadating, Amanda couldn't be more pleasent, helped to complete my application, able to take the requisite passport photo and answers all questions. Received my new passport Monday morning in time for last minute travel on Wednesday. Thank you to The Passport Office!
got what i needed kinda sketchy but they did their job so i got no complaints.
