Here is a review from an user.
Being new to Tampa, I am very happy I visited Quest for a tour in search for my new office. In my search for a professional and modern office space for my team and me, I visited most of Tampa's shared/private offices. After doing so, I was most happy with Quest's upscale look and modern atmosphere. Their staff (Amir, Tram, and Kiara) helped sealed the deal for me to decide to place our new office with them. We could not be more happy with the location, the office views, and the image the facility gives to our prospects and clients.
Very spacious, comfortable and inviting. Variety of rooms and seating and computer space. Clean, friendly and safe. Highly recommend.
After careful consideration...we give ourselves five stars!
Great people!
I've been working with this court reporting firm for 9 years, and their professionalism and reliability is unmatched! Scheduling and confirmations are easy and rates are very reasonable.
Wonderful place for all your court reporting needs
I caution anyone who requires transcription services from selecting Murray Court Reporting. The owner was dismissive of his responsibility to deliver timely products as advertised, and he was non-communicative when approached regarding the poor service his company provided. His staff lacked attention to detail, and failed to provide a complete and accurate transcription, paid for in advance, until I requested a refund. There were fundamental flaws with regard to customer service, compounded by production errors and untimeliness, all of which were inconsistent with Murray Court Reporting’s advertised “commitment to excellence”. I selected Murray Court Reporting because it is a veteran-owned business. Being an armed services retiree, I wholeheartedly believe that veteran-owned businesses should maintain the highest standards – Murray Court Reporting standards are quite low.
