Amazing, delicious vegan food that everyone can enjoy! After getting a “chicken” sandwich the first time I visited this truck, I was hooked! Since becoming a regular, I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and I can say that there’s no such thing as a bad choice. The amount of quality and creativity that goes into each menu item is astounding and the flavors and textures are what keep you coming back for more. Chef Aaron is an extremely talented individual that truly assesses and meets the needs of the community by providing gluten and nut free options in order to make his food more accessible for all. I highly recommend stopping by to try some seriously delicious food even if you’re not vegan because it’s seriously life-changing. As a quick note- I love everything on the menu, but I highly recommend the Mac n cheese and anything that has “brisket” in it. I guarantee you’ll be astounded!

Absolutely amazing! The food and beer were top notch /. I also enjoyed the company of the staff. The boss came out and was super welcoming. Highly recommend to everyone who passes through Garden of the Gods.

This restaurant specializes in Nepalese, Indian and Thai food. I was a bit skeptical at first, since the restaurant served three different cuisines, but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a dish from all three cuisines, and the food was outstanding. The dishes I ordered were Nepalese curry, lamb masala and chow-chow noodles. The flavors from each genre was unique and bold, and the service was very good. I also ordered Garlic Cheese Naan-bread, it was a perfect accompaniment to the dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant, if you like either of those cuisines or want to try a very unique food experience.

Super fun little Cafe :) I love Mediterranean cuisine, and just was absolutely floored by the owner/chef's spin on very classic dishes. Fresh vegetables, fresh feta, fresh music and atmosphere :) / would recommend! Pictured: dolma appetizer and tzatziki, gyro and Greek fries, and lentil soup (absolutely divine! I would love a full bowl!)

Some of the best Indian food we have ever had! They had amazing naan! The service was really good too. Our waiter was very nice and we felt well taken care of. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic vegan eatery! The food is delicious. Our family sampled sandwiches and burgers, and everything was devoured. The artichoke patties are incredible. I also tried the Lavender Fields cocktail and loved it! The owners have clearly paid attention to every detail and have put a ton of love into the restaurant. We felt very welcomed and look forward to going back for more.

As delicious of a fast food vegan place you can find in Colorado Springs! Not even sure there is another option, but you don't need it! Burgers and chicken sandwiches are superb with easy drive through access. Sometime, when your vegan and want to feel unhealthy again, this is the spot to release those cravings.

Absolutely loves it here. We're visiting from out of town and wanted to check out something new. The buffet was small but it was perfect. The food was so flavorful, the staff was friendly, and the overall establishment was clean, warm and inviting. I % recommend this place, and we will definitely be back

Splendid and amazing! Most authentic Thai dishes we’ve ever tasted in Colorado Springs. The crispy pork belly was crispy and chewy, and the Tom yam soup was served in a hotpot. All of the entries such as the sweet and sour fish, the pad woonsen noodles, the yellow curry noodles, and the basil fried brown rice were delicious. Definitely recommend this Thai restaurant and will soon come back again.

The staff is really friendly and helpful, I wasn’t sure what to order and they helped me pick something delicious. I really appreciate that they took the time to go through the menu with me. The restaurant is super clean and cozy. They have a large menu with lots of options especially gluten and dairy free options.

Cute little cafe serving delectable treats. Really nice being dairy free, although not everything is vegan so just ask. Good place to stop for a snack between the cities or to chat with friends.

If you love salads, this is the place to go. If you love a little spice to your salad, this is definitely the place to come to. I was quite astonished and very pleased with this restaurant, the choice and selection for which to add to your salad, it’s taste, the customer service, the location, and the well maintained facility itself. I highly recommend salad lovers to come visit this place.

Have been there twice and loved it both times. The staff (owner) is very polite and kind. I appreciate you not putting prices on the little arcade things. I’ve played them both times going there and enjoyed it both times. P.S. look for the word behind the cow when going in 😉

I have to say that this is one of my favorite restaurant. The staff are friendly and take time and energy to get to know their customers. They are always looking to improve their performance as well as modernize when needed. The food is great and there's nothing to complain about. Overall, ten out of ten

We ate here because it is across from the ice rink, and boy were we surprised!! This place is amazing! Great options for burgers & sides. I had the salmon and Brussel sprouts, so so good. I highly recommend this place if you are driving thru Pueblo or in town for an event. Not your typical burger joint.
