Back in Feb ' my wife and I purchased a ' Toyota Tundra Limited. Being older and having lived in the Tidewater area for most of my life, I find most independent side lot dealers to be less than desirable experiences (I'm being kind here)... However Jeff and Gary were very easy to work with, no "pressure" sales tactics, very market competitive pricing, and "worked" in addressing all my concerns. After purchase, there were some paperwork issues (no fault of Affordable Auto). While waiting for issues to be resolved, I was never ignored or forgotten. They (Jeff & Gary) repeatedly contacted me by phone (no emails or texts, which I appreciated) to keep me updated. Once issue was resolved, I described one issue I had with truck (minor). Jeff immediately addressed the issue and made it right. I am very pleased with my experience from Affordable Auto and Truck. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. I look forward to buying from them again

Jeff was a pleasure to work with! My daughter and I had spent a good deal of time bouncing around different lots and we would have save ourselves so much headache and aggravation had this been our first stop! Jeff was nothing short of professional and was absolute no games or BS. Found my daughter a great first car and actually spent a little less than our allotted budget, including a warranty! Will definitely return to this place in a few months when we replace my wife's vehicle.

Ask for Shanta!!! The entire experience far exceeded any expectation I had. Every person I encountered at Hall Honda and Hall Pre-Owned Express was friendly and knowledgeable. Shanta though, she listened, she eased my worries, she talked to me - not at me, she put me in the car I wanted...THEN, just when I thought she could not top that, she followed up the next day to assure I was satisfied with my purchase. I can't imagine any dealership topping this experience.

Matt was our salesman and he was fabulous! Spent several hours with us on a Saturday and had the car we were interested (Audi Q5) in sent to the Audi dealership when we couldn’t connect to the Bluetooth to be updated. He noticed on his way to the dealership that the fan (that I forgot to test during the test drive) wasn’t % and had them fix that too instead of pretending everything was perfect. We came back to do paperwork on the vehicle and can’t wait to pick it up when it gets back from Audi! Thank you, Matt and Budget Blvd!

Hands down the best car buying experience we've ever had. Sarah Kalifa guided us throughout the entire process and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the products, very responsive every time we contacted her, and efficient throughout the process. All of our previous car purchases had been more of a chore than a pleasant experience, but we genuinely had a great time working with Sarah and Checkered Flag MINI, and this is how car buying should be! The MINI itself is everything we were hoping for: a fun car that does not compromise on quality. Loving this car already!

Stumbled upon a gem of a place - Anthony was so helpful! Wow… I was blown away by the customer service, ease of sale, and efficiency of this dealership. As a female, and a single parent, car-buying is not typically an experience I enjoy. My year-old son noticed it from the road, primarily because the prices were visibly advertised on the windshields, and were low enough that most of the vehicles on the lot fell within our price range. Upon arrival, Anthony greeted us quickly, answered all of our questions, and accompanied us on a test drive. He provided us with a CarFax report before I even had time to ask. I never felt pressured, everyone we interacted with was pleasant and upfront, the dealer-fee was posted on the wall inside, they allowed for some flexibility on the price, and I have never spent LESS overall time at a dealership. The entire process was quick and easy and the price was excellent. The car was in great condition for an older model, my son loves it, and we are hoping it will continue to be good to us. I never thought I’d say this about car-buying, but it was an enjoyable experience. For a small dealership, they knocked it out of the park.

We popped into this lot for a specific vehicle, that sadly had already sold. It was myself, my young daughter and her friend. They treated us like gold , even though we were walking away. They explained warranties, gave us a Card and refused to take our number as they do NOT do business in a typical dealer stalking fashion. Ultimately, we ended up back on their lot because my daughter "was feeling their vibe" .She test drove 3 vehicles without hassle. My daughter found her love at years old. They explained every little detail of paperwork, and then every little detail of the vehicle. She walked away extremly comfortable with her decision! They made us laugh, made us think and treated us like family. These people are the BEST in the area. We've purchased 4 cars in the area, and wish I had found them long before ! We just bought a little service van for our company from here. Super easy process. Very happy with the van. I smelled a bit of coolant after the test drive, they had just replaced the radiator cap and topped it off, a little coolant had spilled. To make sure that’s all it was they gave me a nice day warranty on the coolant system. Great place, I’d go there again.

First of all we love the car that we purchased. The dealership was very clean and had great amenities. The people that worked there were all so kind. Our sales woman Denise went over and above to make the purchase very quick and easy. She was very professional and organized. We are super satisfied! It was worth our 7 Hour road trip do business with this establishment. We were very impressed!!
