I love Dr. Polsky! I wouldn’t wish a kidney stone on anyone; but Dr. Polsky went out of his way to make me as comfortable as possible & was very kind & reassuring! My husband was even impressed! I unfortunately had a stone the previous year & it was a truly horrific experience; so much do that I developed “white coat syndrome” -essentially I was scared to ever go to another doctor or hospital again. Thankfully Dr. Polsky had the experience & compassion to help me overcome my fear! He is truly a wonderful doctor & person. Thank you again Dr. Polsky!!!!

Dr Kondstandt was very patient and did not rush the visit. He explained the diagnosis and treatment so I completely understood. He thoroughly reviewed the plan for prevention. Highly recommend.

The Admin staff have horrible customer service. I’m a new patient needing to make an appt but you always get a recording that tells you not to leave another message because it will delay your callback. Called 3 times today. Twice send to new patient coordinator voicemail. Third call, I told her not to transfer me again. They said they’d try to get through to new patient coordinator then left me on hold forever. After about mins I hung up. Again, no callback. Guess I’ll be going somewhere else!

Very knowledgeable and professional! Enjoyed the staff and doctor’s upbeat attitude. Definitely follow the directions on the documents they send you because the GPS hasn’t linked up just yet.

Appointment began on time without wait. Staff was professional, pleasant and concerned. Staff dedicated time to review and update profile. Dr. Abbott dedicated time to review my history and fully explain all plans for monitoring my health and any plans for treatment if required. Dr. Abbott seems to be up to date with all technology related to diagnostics and treatment methods.

Dr. Tackitt has been my OB for over years. He cares about his patients so much and offers stellar care that is far beyond most providers!! He delivered three of my four children and took great care of me when my daughter tried to arrive in this world weeks early. I was on bed rest at the hospital for over a month and when she arrived 8 weeks early, he was on call. He rushed in, to deliver her in the middle of the night and I was terrified about the outcome of my delivery. He was nurturing, yet acted fast to deliver her safely and still take excellent care of me during my emergency c-section. My daughter was premature but is now and healthy as can be. Dr. Tackitt also delivered my twin boys. Dr. Tackitt is definitely one of the best Woman’s providers, an expert in everything related to complicated pregnancies to every day woman’s health. He takes his time and listens to his patients and I couldn’t recommend a better doctor. Melissa Limonta
