Wonderful new urgent care center that I've had to visit twice in two weeks. Took my kids in, the front desk was very helpful even though I was missing something they needed. They got me and the kids in, the NP was kind, quick and good with the kids. The nurse was very good with my two kids, even though the clinic isn't specific to pediatrics. I went in for myself a week later to be seen, no wait time, experienced quality care. Nice clean inside. Convenient parking garage. Really great experiences both times!

He was great! Super easy to talk to, treatment was thorough, wish he could be our normal go-to guy!

Took my son to Carbon health for a second opinion on a diagnosis. We were able to get an appointment very quickly. The staff was super friendly. Our provider, Andy, was so helpful. We had a lot of questions and concerns. He took the time to listen to us, respond with helpful information, and put our minds at ease. We were in and out in less than minutes with more answers about our diagnosis. I would highly recommend this place for your medical needs!

Dr. Anderson-Bubenik was very easy to talk to, She took her time and listened to me. I liked the ambiance of the clinic and the front desk was very welcoming. I recently lost my health insurance and was low on funds, but this clinic was exceptionally affordable. I was able to walk in a see a doctor no less than minutes after checking in. Everyone was polite at the front desk. Will definitely be returning here for my future medical needs.

I am traveling and picked up a upper respiratory infection somewhere. I arrived without an appointment about an hour before closing time. The front- desk staff was welcoming, professional and courteous. Although I waited a bit over an hour (which was past their closing time), I was seen and no amount rush or impatience was displayed by the staff. They listened to me, ran appropriate tests, prescribed medication and had me on my way in about minutes. The visit was professionally conducted from start to finish. If I am in this area again and need urgent care services, I know who I am going to call.

Myles is the coolest guy there. He does does an excellent job. This is the guy you want to do your physical if you go here. Very nice, smiles and he has great communication skills. He was clear with what was expected of me during the process and when I made a small mistake he kindly showed me how to do it for the second time. No complaints here. Thanks for everything Myles

I absolutely love the doctor I have seen at this clinic. I don't remember her name but do know her first name is Summer. She is the kindest and most thorough doctor. She takes time to explain things and really is empathetic to others and has an incredible bedside manner. The staff are all kind at this location and I would recommend this place to anyone especially if they are blessed enough to meet Summer. She is an example of what all doctors should be like.

I drove out of my way just to come to this clinic because of it's positive reviews, and I'm very thankful that I did! The nurse practitioner, Kelly Schelich, took her time with me and never once made me feel rushed, explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. I felt her care and compassion for what she does. I was a walk-in and waited maybe 2 minutes before being seen, which was wonderful because I was diagnosed with a double ear infection, bronchitis and a sinus infection. She sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy and I only waited minutes for them to be filled. Every single person I encountered was willing to help and extremely polite. I will definitely be back in the future!

Everyone was super friendly and professional. I actually felt like a valued patient from each person I encountered. I received better care here than at my family doctor. Very impressed! Highly recommended!

It was a clean space clean atmosphere very friendly atmosphere and things just ran smoothly there was no long wait the women who work the desk the front desk the counter they were very nice and patient had excellent customer service. So I'll give you guys a it was excellent service.

This particular Concentra in my opinion is the best Concentra out there for DOT physicals the people at this location are professional and down to the point they treat you like you are the only patient I give this place five stars and A++ and a special thank you to Desiree for single-handedly leading me through this process this is the best Concentra in Kansas City

I took my 4-year-old son in because he wasn't feeling well. The staff quickly made him giggle and feel at ease. The doctor and medical assistant were friendly and made him smile. Overall the best experience I've ever had taking a kid to the doctor

Every staff member was polite, kind and empathetic. I called early on Labor Day to see if they were open. I immediately had a call back and was told to come right in and told how to work the wheel chair. Once we arrived we were warmly greeted and helped. Another person came in with a life threatening emergency and an ambulance had to be called. The staff apologized to us for the wait, no apology was needed, life threatening emergencies should come 1st. The triage nurse, x-ray tech and nurse practitioner all treated me with care and reassured me coming in for treatment was the right thing to do. My injury was not as severe as we thought and they still were empathetic and supportive. I highly recommend Liberty hospital urgent care.

Let me start out by saying, this staff was consistently great! Super happy, friendly, positive, and made my husband and I laugh even though I’d just taken a tumble and was in pain. I wouldn’t change anything about them and was so relieved to have them helping me. Just awesome. Facility was clean and easy to navigate with the help of the staff. Check in process was super easy. I will say that I called before leaving our home and there was no assistance for help over the phone, but it was somewhat of an emergency so we hopped in the car to get there asap, and again was not disappointed once I was there. Insurance and financial responsibilities were not discussed. However, I understand how my insurance works so I generally know what to except. Probably not the same for some, and I always recommend to understanding your insurance benefits or ask for help if you don’t.

I recommend seeing Dr. Boyce. I saw him and was very pleased. The office is clean, everyone was very helpful and I didn’t have to wait long to be called back. He took the time to answer all my questions, was very professional and thorough. I appreciated him actually listening to what I had to say and the medical advice I was provided. He was very friendly and personable. I overall had a great experience and would 5 ⭐️ recommend.

I went to this clinic on Sept , I saw Nicholas White NP. This gentleman was awesome. He was extremely kind, caring, and listened. A huge shout out to the pharmacy, my meds were ready in a minute. Thank you Mr. White, and the pharmacy, made to work in time.

At Minute Clinic we diagnosis and treat per the recommended guidelines that is supported by research. We do not prescribe the wrong dosage of antibiotics as that other post would suggest. We do what is best for our patients and all of our treatment is supported! Minute Clinic providers have no control over the Kiosk or the online "hold your spot in line" that system is run by corporate and when the kiosk goes down there is nothing the provider can do. When everything is running smoothly we of course honor the save your spot in line 😀

I was unknowingly develioping Bronchitis and had trouble breathing. Was very uncomfortable and a bit anxious due to the pressure in my chest. Decided I should not wait for this to run it's course and went in to the minute clinic. I was impressed and very encouraged at how professional, patient and thorough the NP Justin was today at my visit. I am already starting to feel a little better!!
