After a severe car accident in June, I received the very best care at Sutter's ICU department. Very informative, caring and friendly people in the most frightening time of my life.

Even though I am not a regular patient of the Sutter Health System, everyone I encountered treated me with real concern. I will definitely return if I need urgent care. I got to Sutter Health Urgent Care on a Friday night minutes before their closing time, but everyone was patient and attentive. I liked that the doctor called me on my cell phone before she came in to meet me because she was able to input all my symptoms into the computer while we were on the phone, and once I met her in person, she could look me in the eye without the distractions of devices and keyboards. The doctor ordered labs and they were able to draw blood right in the exam room. I got the results of my blood test by midnight, and at 8: a.m. on Saturday, the doctor called me to tell me the results of additional lab tests. She had already called in the prescription to my pharmacy. The security guards were also extremely kind, helping me to navigate the parking garage after hours. I could not have had better treatment.

Got here after they opened after reading reviews. Was in and out within 1 hour. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. Everyone seemed to be taking COVID cautions seriously as well. My review is mainly for the awesome doctor I saw. Dr Miles I believe. He took the time to see me and I just really felt like he cared and didn’t rush anything. Amazing doctor!

It is a busy place. The front office staff, I only got Loreas name, but the Young Man was also very professional and put patients at ease. They answered all questions with patience and care. It was a long wait, but it was because my paper work was delayed. Jose was my Medical Assistant and he was a true joy. He set a fantastic foundation!! You all have a rare gem in Jose!!!! Jeannie was my doctor and she smoothly came in and addressed my complicated situation. She really listened to me and went over with me what she would be reporting. The entire Concentra Team made this a pretty seamless experience and their patience, care and calm was/is because I’m still here😀, helped me tremendously in a very positive way. I have only had great experiences with MD URGENT CARE. Clinic is very clean, professional, and patient centered. I was able to be seen within less than 5 mins of checking in. X-RAY tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Tarrar and Yuliya PA-C are awesome and take good care of their patients.

I went here today. I have a back condition. I was in and out of there in 2 hours...the staff were very nice and treated me like a human being...I wound up needing pain medication for my back. I was able to get the medication there as well...very nice people...the only thing is they don't do x-rays or mri's

I went in after two weeks of rolling panic and anxiety attacks coupled with sleep issues. I was an absolute mess, after having tried the normal urgent care, my primary care physician and even online therapists. From the moment I came in after another night of no sleep and hours straigh of anxiety attacks, everyone was caring, attentive and LISTENED to what I was going through. There was no judgement, no pushing my symptoms or distress aside, just truly caring professionals who talked through my issues and made me feel calm and cared about. I cannot thank the staff there enough, especiall Dr Blessing. She is a beautiful, caring person and I felt better just being in her presence. This facility is amazing and I don't know what I would have done without being able to access it.

Lovely experience. I did not know what to expect and I honestly don’t go to the doctors often at all so I didn’t really understand how insurances worked. Just hoped for the best since I was in so much pain. I was trying to tolerate it, but by the time that I finally visited this urgent care I was so out of it. Could barely concentrate let alone speak. The lovely young lady at the front office was so patient, kinda and informative. Her name is Lena. She was amazing. She was patient and very informative. We had spoken earlier on the phone when I called for a question. She immediately knew who I was when I walked in and mentioned one of my symptoms. That’s how you know she was truly listening. I didn’t even get to come in until 4 hours later after my shift and she remembered! The doctor was also friendly and was very fast as well. I had no questions or concerns by the time that I left. I’m writing this review a few days later but the medication got rid of my infection and I’m glad to hear they’re starting their primary care. I highly recommend.

With the doctor him self was a bunch different from his Med assistants ! They are all very Rude and disrespectful! Andrea seems to be the only one doing her job correctly with no prejudice! All the other assistant ladies are not professional at all. Have been seen here since August and with a broken neck they have done absolutely nothing ! I asked a simple question .. what do you guys do if you can not help someone or do Anything for them ? Lady said refer you to hospital, months later still no referrals or any treatment! Will be filing a negligence and Malpractice lawsuit today ! Thank you !

Hello everyone, what can I say about this place. The front desk are respectful and caring, And the doctors really take the extra step to satisfy your expectations. The vibes in this place are the most greatest I have ever felt in other medical places I have ever been. IF i could give them a Michelin star 🌟 for this department and if you read this is not to scare people away cuz that is what now a days people look at. Astounding proformance in my part.

This was my first time going to this location. It is half a mile from my home, which is a great convenience for my family. They don't provide all services, but if you call and ask them they will let you know what they can do or not do for you. I took my daughter in because she was feeling sick and the nurse practitioner saw her, examined her, and gave us some advice. She also did a COVID test in the office on her. I'm glad she did that because my daughter was very nervous about getting the swab up her sinuses. The facility is clean, modern, and the staff are very nice.

they don’t have a doctor. only taking covid testing and when i went there, the doors were locked. had to do a televisit

I had a really positive experience here. Short wait time (the ER can suck up your entire day so that's a huge plus), everyone was polite and pleasant, and the doctor I saw figured out what was going on quickly and had a laid-back but professional attitude that helped put us at ease. Would definitely go back!

Nice clean little clinic. I was just there to drop off a sample, but I had hardly any wait time. The front staff were polite and clear in their directions. Will be back if I have any issues that require urgent care!

A young lady named Tiffany made my sisters stay as comfortable and great as it could be she kept everything quick and professional. She was super nice! I will definitely recommend more people to this clinic.

Need to take my yr in for possible sinus infection. I prefilled out everything I could online. Got a same day appointment. The receptionist was quick and kind. I waited maybe 5 minutes to be brought back. Our nurse was great and kind as well. Thank you Galley. We waited for the doc who had 1 person ahead of us. He showed up 3 minutes later. Best beside manner, had us laughing. He did a through exam and had information sinus infection I had not heard. He let us know a possible better way to help with her sever allergies. He still ran a covid test just incase ( awesome as she needs one to get back in school). I did not feel he rushed and I am very pleased. I would recommend this urgent care but do try to make an appt. Walk in were at 1 hour wait time ( I heard in the waiting room). We saw Dr. Jaques Ngakam. He was wonderful. Highly recommend this medical group.

This place has definitely stepped its game up ... they have a much better staff here.. yes you can do walk in too. Won't have you Long either. Great staff..

I just had the best experience here that I’ve ever had at an Urgent Care facility. The staff was SO helpful and nice from the first day I called to the time I left the office after my appointment. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, especially after running into an issue with picking up my prescription through my insurance. They made the experience x easier than it could’ve been and saved me so much time in my day. The doctor stated that his patients are “like family” and I truly felt that way with their level of care. I will never go to another facility!

I cannot express enough appreciation for Nor, the physician my sister saw at Natomas Urgent Care. She is a true angel. As if my sister were a member of her family, she treated her with respect and consideration. I mean that seriously. Nowadays, doctors see multiple patients at a time. I guess I understand why they remain impersonal and unattached. But, Dr. Nor cares. It is important to her that you receive the treatment you require for the problem you have when you visit an urgent care facility. Dr. Nor has a kind smile and good intentions. I wish more doctors were like her. It would save a great deal of lives. Dr. Nor, thank you for treating us like family. Your kindness touched both my sister and myself today. An excellent physician!
