Awesome trucking rental place

Lou Was not willing to fix the horrible delivery that his drivers did. They dropped one ft Container on a huge rock and the container buckled and leaks, Now everything in it is getting ruined. The second ft container he dropped it too close to the road and on the edge of a incline, so the doors won't shut. It was not until they were gone that we even saw where they dropped it. We had them delivered to our property in the Catskills. The last one delivered has been sitting for 6 months now with the doors open and everything getting inside it. He kept saying he would fix it and then after Covid he is saying too bad that he is not going to do anything. I am a business owner and under no circumstance would I ever screw over anyone. Never! he is a horrible Business man and I am going to make sure he is not able to do this to anyone else. This is just the beginning, Also found out that he is not supposed to be operating under the company in Washington, that most likely due to insurance lapse he is red flagged. That in it self is very disturbing! Please do not Deal with him at all. There are many more good business men who will be honorable.

I have never rented a truck from them, didn't know they rented them! The reason why I gave them 5 stars is because I recently moved to Glen Gardner and one day I stopped in to get gas. The woman who filled my tank was so friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. Her husband is the mechanic. I have made it a point to go there for my gasoline as often as possible because I appreciate good service and good pricing and I really try to support small local businesses.

I rented a storage unit with Compass for a few months this year. They were very helpful in getting me set up and moved in, and have been responsive and helpful with questions. The unit was clean when I moved in, and access was easy.

I had to last minute find a van to which Kevin who runs the place, was able to give me a van. Not only did he make my life easier but the respect and customer service that he gave made it so much smoother. Grant it, that it’s an in town service vehicle, he was really easygoing and flexible. The vans brand new and everything that went with it was running smoothly. Thank u so much kevin. God bless

Renting from Home Depot makes more sense than U-Haul. Depending on the distance of course. For minutes you will pay $ - including all fees. For U-Haul you have to add 0.¢ per mile and more fees. Rental process is very easy - show your driver's license and proof of insurance and your set. They don't push extra insurance - but it is available. Tip - rent AFTER your purchase is complete and ready to be loaded - process takes about minutes to complete and they count it against the time you're waiting.

Renting a cargo van from them and I was so happy they had one so I could keep working while my truck is in the shop
