Wine Tours By Joy was fabulous!!! Joy helped us sort through which wineries, helped plan our itinerary, make reservations for us, helped us plan lunch, and had awesome communication with us leading up to our trip! The day of our trip, our driver, George, was fabulous!! Beyond just being our driver he was willingly our photographer, tour guide, and educator on all things wine and Napa related. He was very knowledgeable and taught us so much, not only about Napa but the wine industry’s history as well. He made the trip so much more than just driving from winery to winery. It was our first trip to Napa and we will definitely be back. And when we do are FOR SURE using this company again! Thank you for a fabulous day George! We had such a wonderful experience with Napa Valley Chauffeur. Thaddeus was the driver for our wine tour and he was absolutely the best driver for our trip! He was friendly, kind, had positive high spirits and was so much fun it made our wine tour all the better! Our van rental was very clean and reasonably priced. Their customer service was excellent and any requests or inquiries we had they were prompt to respond. 0/ would not reccomend. I have lived in two different apartment complexes,in two different cities, with these guys as their security, for a total of two years as a client this company is paid to provide property security for. It's a joke. I can't speak for all their clients, but the couple I have worked for were supposed to have regular patrols done by SVT -- they did not and do not, respectively. The few times I have actually seen them on these residential properties, they have always been driving very irresponsibly and fast.

Exceptional service! We reserved a limo for my daughters birthday. The limo showed up with such cute little extras for all the kids! The experience was wonderful and our driver was sure to take such great care of us from start to finish!
