"We were looking for a sunset ride on a scooter and most places were closed and or didn’t offer scooter rentals. Rick accommodated us and went out of his way to allow us the rental after hours. He was very helpful, and the process was quick and painless. The scooters were all new and in great shape. We will definitely be renting here again when I have a chance!"

"Nice oasis next to the Garrapata bridge. Picturesque stream with crystal clear water. Sandy beach. Walkable stream. Accessible through the Garrapata ocean beach park."

"Beautiful viewpoint of Bixby Bridge on Big Sur! When we went the sun was shining and the water was really blue. The parking lot gets crowded and there are not a lot of places to park. We got there around 10:30AM and found parking. This was one of the highlights of Big Sur. Definitely worth the stop."

"It was our first time going to this church. It was close to Marriott so we walked going there. There was a cross with Jesus nailed on it hanging above the altar. The priest Fr Ron so friendly, he walked from the front all the way to the back greeting parishioners. He was joyful making everybody laugh with some of his comments. When he was going around sprinkling blessed water he brushed some head with stuff he was using to sprinkle. He was funny in a nice way. Enjoyed listening to his sermon which was about Mercy. It's special meaning of being willing to enter the crisis of another person. Father, thank you for a great sermon. Will try my best to put it to practice. Love this church."

"Atmosphere is LOVE. Your treated as family! Best church ever for me💯❤👏 They offer ASL and Spanish translation at a certain day and time. Great continental breakfast. Classes for all age groups. Music band is on 🔥 & you can really feel the holy spirit moving. Lots of other types of classes are offered just look on their website. Highly recommend 👌 👍🏽 👏 🙌 😀 💯❤"

"I absolutely love coming here!! Buy your tickets in advance. I'm so glad we had our vaccine info on the Clear Pass because we were able to skip the long line that stretched up the sidewalk. Instead, we walked up to the separate Clear pass line, showed our pass, and then our tickets, and we were in. A mask is currently required. The cafe food is very good for a cafe. I had the butter fish that was in a burrito bowl, and it was fresh. I love how sustainable everything is packaged. We loved all of the aquarium. I wish I lived closer so I could go more often."

"My kids, 7,5,&3, love coming to this park. It has a little bit of everything and clean restrooms! There is a rock climbing wall, a suspension bridge , water fountain, various things to climb on, a boat/water play area for smaller kiddos, two very large play structures, a roller slide, a small hedge maze with a lookout tower, and this rotating/spinning play structure that is like a crazy and modern take on a merry-go-round. There are also a few swings. Beyond the playground itself, there is a small pond with paddle boats for rental, picnic tables, and a small skate park. The entire playground area is fenced with only 1 gate for entrance and exit. This definitely helps ease anxiety for those with a runner or multiple kids since it helps to keep them contained. Majority of the play area is covered with mulch with the exception being some of the areas around the actual play structures and slides. Mainly the areas where a more traumatic fall would occur, there is the rubbery, flat material. There is a decent amount of parking but only a small bike rack. I imagine parking may be harder when there is a ball game happening at the attached ball field. However, there would most likely be plenty of street parking. Overall a wonderful playground for all ages."

"Certainly one of the nice areas to check out in Monterey. The views are spectacular, and hiking is really fun provided you don't have kids with you who need a stroller. We had to take a stroller since our little one was not so enthusiastic about hiking, and it was a lot of work maneuvering the stroller through hiking trails. Other than that, it was a great hike. There is also a view of Carmel beach where you can see the early sunset. Bathrooms are clean and there are a couple of seats for enjoying a snack near the parking lot. It is recommended that you download an electronic map of the trails in advance from the website to make it easier to navigate through them without wasting so much time."

"We live in Santa Cruz and usually go to the Monterey Bay Aquarium when visiting Monterey. I’m glad we decided to try MY Museum, my 5yo loved it. The museum has really good exhibits, staff is super friendly. And the place is really clean. You will see employees cleaning up and organizing things pretty often. That alone is awesome. The place is very open and has a great flow. A lot of options to keep kids busy and engaged. The creation station was definitely a highlight. They have plenty of good craft materials for kids to let their creativity flow. There’s also a 3 and under area for little ones. And compared to other activities in the area and considering the place looks great, price is fair."

"Visited here before my flight. Nice little park with scenic beach, trails and a sand volleyball court"
