I am so happy that i chose Elegant Image Limousine company. They maintained an open line of communication and were quick with responses. Their prices were good and competitive with others in the area. We rented a person van and it was clean and comfortable. If you have people in your group, get the person van as it will give u a little more space. Drew, our driver was great and arrived early (which was great). We were celebrating my fiance's th. And it was a blast. The van was perfect for what we needed. I highly recommend using this company and i won't hesitate to use them again. Thank you for a great experience!

I got the mile tour, which was definitely worth it. My start time was about 7:pm. I believe starting at sunset into the night was perfect. It started to rain the first half of the tour which made it cold, wet and no dust in the air, which was the best experience. The second half was clear with no dust. Andrew was our tour guide and he did an amazing job with communication and friendliness. He was very accommodative and did his best to make sure I had a good time. If I am ever back in California again, I would do this tour again

This was the most fantastic and fascinating trip to the west with our talented tour guide “Moon Chan, Kim”!! Me and my parents took 1 Night and 2 days package. Our tour was from Zion Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Horseshoe Canyon, Antelope Canyon, and Grand Canyon. The trip was perfectly scheduled and managed by manager Moon-Chan. We didn’t have to worry a thing during the trip. As it was very comfortable and safe trip. I was kinda worried because my parents are elderly. Manager Moon-Chan was very nice and kind, knowledgeable, and professional who exactly knows the needs of customer. I was actually surprised about the level of service he provided to our family; my dad even told me “man… this guys is the greatest tour guide I’ve ever met!!” Thank you so much for your passion, dedication, and the professionalism you’d provide to us manager Moon-Chan. We will surely look for or recommend manager Moon-Chan if we come to the Las-Vegas again.

I have rented bikes all over the country and this is easily the best I’ve been to. Incredibly accommodating, and beyond friendly. Every single person I had contact with was like I was talking to my best friend. The bike was pristine and worked perfectly on a ride up and down the mountains. 5 stars isn’t enough.

we had a fantastic trip out to the Channel Islands where we took a hike and went kayaking around the island. We did not go to far as most of us were new to it and we only signed up for the shorter Discovery Tour, but we had a GREAT time! We saw live comb jelly fish, salps, fish, kelp and many other creatures. Our guide was knowledgeable and helpful. When we went, we had spectacular weather and the water was very clear. It was REALLY fun. We did not get very wet, except our bums and feet where there was some water in the boat, Until our guide took us by a big ocean blow hole. He led us to go right in front of it, and we could choose to hang back if we wanted. It was fun. Luckily no one fell in. We did not see any sharks or threatening creatures.

Okay, so here’s the deal… of all the things one can do as a tourist in Monterey, renting e-bikes and tooling along -mile drive is my favorite. And, Big Sur Adventures is a great place to rent said bike! Highly recommend!

This place was awesome - they have outstanding customer service. The owner was so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating from start to finish while servicing my ebike. The pricing was also very reasonable for the service needed (I had suspension forks put on). My husband and I will be back soon to buy our bike rack for our vehicle. More than satisfied and definitely recommend if you’re anywhere near the La Quinta area! Worth the drive if you’re not!

Rented a road bike from SB bikes to go for a monthlong stay. Everything was outstanding. Communication on the phone + bike delivery and pickup were super convenient. Bike itself in great condition, pump was included as well. Everyone I interacted with waa super helpful and friendly. Can’t recommend them more!

What a great morning we had!! Jason was so professional and accommodating and made a great recommendation regarding the best day to book our lesson. Hunter and Dayne were encouraging and enthusiastic and everyone was up on their boards right away. We can’t thank you enough for introducing us to the world of surfing!! The absolutely best place for all ATV rentals in the area with the cheapest prices with new Can-Am turbo machines! These guys are awesome! Had such a fun winter ride thanks to them. The whole group was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The machines we drove were top-notch and performed perfectly. They offer everything from the expert rental and go as fast as your heart desires to beginner guided tours. I highly recommend these guys for any of your rental needs.
