Called to see if they carried a bolt and was put on hold and forgotten about, called back and told the guy I just had a quick question- he said that they're were people ahead of me and couldn't answer my question, that I'd have to hold, pretty crappy way to run a business- stick with Austin bolt, screw these guys

I stopped in to see if they had something i had actually went next door to Grainger for but Grainger had already closed. They had what i wanted but the girl at the counter wasn’t to interested in helping me and the product was $ higher than Grainger. This was my first and last experience with this company. The young lady acted like i was putting her out to buy the item i needed. I would suggest go anywhere else.

Excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to help me locate a hard to find part. They followed through promptly with a call once the part arrived at their store. Kudos to the staff!

I was quoted a bulk price once on a specific item. I returned to order item a few weeks later and was quoted a bulk price three times higher then the original price. Even after I told them i had found the item for a cheaper bulk price online manager still didnt work with me so i bought item from an online supplier.

Good product range. This locations is geared more toward commercial bulk sales but you can buy products as single items for house hold uses. I like the convenience packs near the registers. You can get the same type of items that you would a the other places, but with more of a personal touch from their team. It is not just tools. They also carry paints for street marking, and cleaners for janitorial jobs. Huge range of product line. They tools I could us to build derby cars for my son. I am coming back.

We have had an account with Fastenal for years. What is this company thinking you can’t walk in and if you call you get a recording telling you to go online and order. Seems like a terrible business move if we wanted that we would jus use McMaster Carr!

Waited minutes to check out. The guy in front of me must have been the village idiot. Was sent by his company but couldn't answer any questions about what was needed. That part isnt Rexels fault but seriously, 1 cashier! I put my stuff back, I won't be spending mine or my company's money here.

They seemed to have switched to a business account mostly store. All non accounts are minimum order required and card only. (Card only was not really a problem) If you got a large project and know what you want ahead of time and have a large enough order they got you covered as they really have alot on offer. (Sold mostly in bulk) But its kind of sad they see a non accounted shopper as not worth their time. Walked in they said "need help looking for something?" a standard greeting. I replied just looking never been in here. Clerk replied "oh" and then got some looks from all the employees present like why was i in there. The sign on the door sets the tone we don't want small time shoppers. Found the items didnt meet min order so i left. First impression is important and didnt like that i felt like i needed to call in my bulk order and pay to a business expense account to shop there.
