"Always great. The service is also very good. The people are friendly and helpful. Eric helps me out all the time."

"Awesome shop to spend an afternoon lost in. Dan has pretty much anything you could want or need. Great, friendly owner and staff - they're like a big family. Their pets are part of the staff, too! Cute little Piper in her cupcake house, and PeeWee behind the counter."

"I have been visiting this store for years. Dawn Thomas Store Manager has done an exceptional job of keeping the Store run smoothly. After months of renovations and Staff shortages, I still rely on this store to have what I need. The Store Manager always takes the time to stop and chat. I enjoy the smaller family oriented businesses and try to shop there for financial support. I hope they continue to be one of our better stores in the area."

"The Hubs and I ran in to pick up something and use a coupon he had. We immediately were greeted by 2 very pleasant young men that wanted to know if we needed any help or if my husband could be directed anywhere. Store was well staffed and shelves well stocked. We were even asked if we needed a bag when we checked out. Great experience in every way."

"I have been to Ace twice since moving to this area. Every single time I am greeted at the door and asked if I need help which the employees willingly show me around the store and are so helpful. I would rather spend my money here then going to another big box hardware store where I am ignored. Thank you to Chris for the help and the rest of the staff on site will go above and beyond all expectations."

"My daughter and I Purchased a weed whacker. We Brought it home, watched video instructions on how to assemble 3 times and still could not figure it out. Called Home Depot and a helpful fellow named Mark told me to bring it down to tool rentals and they would assemble it. Don and Erica sure did assemble it. They were friendly as could be and diligently worked on it together till it was done. Thank you so much."

"Friendly, it’s always nice to walk into a store and in no way feel rushed. Helpful answers and conversation as I am entering a new hobby/lifestyle."

"Ritter has friendly service with a smile. This old-time lumberyard takes me back to being a kid and going to the local yard with my, grandfather or uncle. They great you with a smile. If your are a repeat customer, you are also greeted by name. Experience is the key. Ritter lumber has seen it all. If I am fixing a more modern built home, they know the answers. Even when I have worked on properties built in the 1800's the knowledge and know-how is there to match styles as well as techniques used in building in that time period. Even if I have to spend a few extra dimes to get the job done, it is always worth the extra. How many 25 year olds working at the big discount places can even begin to explain what kind of wood and trim stylings were used in a Victorian? Ritter can! Sincerely, Eddie Biegaj"

"Honestly the nicest well staffed Harbor Freight I've ever been to. Still not positive I would buy anything but it's nice to be greeted when you walk in. Thanks"

"Honestly I can’t give this store enough stars. My partner and I are recent first time home buyers trying to learn and remodel a few things ourselves. EVERY person we’ve spoken to in the store is not only friendly, but they go out of their way to help you find items and answer questions. They’re so knowledgeable and always offer to help when you’re looking a little lost (like we sometimes do). Seriously - Will never shop anywhere else. Wayyyyy better experience than at Lowe’s in Flemington."

"Always have exactly what I need! Every time I have scoured a Lowes or Home depot for a specific part and cannot find it, I somehow always find exactly what I need from this store. For example, a part unscrewed from my bidet, I scoured Amazon, Lowes, Home Depot, and to no avail. I don't know why it took me so long to go to True Value, but low and behold, they had exactly what I needed, an M10 1.25 cap. Few weeks later, needed help as I was missing a a mount on a newly delivered faucet, went over there and was able to find everything that I needed to complete the install, had I gone to a big box store, I would have had to buy a whole new faucet. I have had at least ten previous experiences just like this with this particular store. Everyone there has been great with me. I walk in, tell them exactly what I need. We muse for a little while and ultimately find exactly what I need. I love their willingness to think out of the box and take the time to show me where all the possibilities may lie. Great staff, great store, oddly fantastic for a little place."

"I recently ran over a wrench which left a huge hole in my tire. Clark and his team brought air so I could get my car to their garage and then patched it so I could go to work. And now they’ve put a new tire on for me- only 2 days later. They are honest, reasonably priced and as nice as can be. HUGE THANK YOU to Clark and Cliff for helping me get to work on time and for keeping my tires road worthy!"

"Great service! I ordered a grill it was on back order so they delivered me the display with a couple of extras thrown in that day! Awesome people, great atmosphere and it’s nice experience. Way better then the local lowes or Home Depot"
