I've spent too much time sitting in lobbies of the big box tire shops, waiting hours to have tires mounted/balanced. Inevitably finding that they've managed to damage the wheels in one way or another with scratched lips, chipped paint, cracked center caps etc. But Tires Xpress never ceases to amaze me. They do it all, right at your house and are always meticulous to ensure they don't leave a single scuff or scratch in any form. The convenience and quality of work will keep me as a loyal customer for a very long time.

I just cannot speak too highly of the guys at Buy Back Wheels & Tires but I’ll try. What strikes me most about Jake and Brandon’s service is just how friendly these guys are from the moment you contact them. I first contacted them from a craigslist ad after hours, 8:pm, and I got a reply. I didn’t expect a receiver reply, after hours I expect people to stop working, I felt so bad bothering them. But they were persistent, they really wanted to set an appointment for the next day. I was psyched these guys were going above and beyond to set an appointment so I could get my tires first thing in the morning. I arrived at the agreed-upon time the following day and he went right to work. I was under a time crunch but they got the job done and I left ahead of schedule by eight minutes. For our first appointment I could only get one tire done. I paid for four tires and for installation but only had one mounted and made arrangements to come back the next day to have the others mounted. We set an appointment for am the following day, I couldn’t make that appointment but they graciously got me in at 3:pm, I arrived at 2:pm and they immediately got to work mounting my tires. As if their service at this point hadn’t been stellar, they go and give me brand new Lugnuts for all my tires having noticed a little bit of swelling. This is my first experience with Buy Back Wheels and Tire Sales, they’ve earned my loyalty and whatever my tire needs are I’m not sure I’m gonna trust anyone else from here on out to me those needs. EDIT: As I’m leaving I’m talking with Brandon and Jake comes out with a center cap, I mention Discount Tire lost one and Brandon says he thinks he has a spare. So not only did these guys remember a center cap they gave me one to replace the one Discount lost.

Amazing experience. I called SJ tire for a flat at 2: pm and by 3: pm, my tire was repaired and I was good to go. The technicians showed up at my house within minutes of my call and worked quickly to take care of my problem. I couldn’t be more thankful for their professionalism and great customer service. I will recommend them to everyone!

My experience with Royal Auto was great. The salespeople were awesome and informative. No haggling and lots of good discussion points. The financial help was awesome and helped explain some items on my credit that could affect my rate. The car is wonderful and the experience was unlike any other I’ve had at a dealership. Thank You. Love this place! Customer service and care is great! Andy helped me out a ton when I took my car in to get serviced recently due to a collapsed window and timing belt. I always try to come here for my services before trying any other shops like tires plus, etc.

Thompson Automotive is an amazing shop, a few years back my wife and I had just gotten back from the mountains and the next day the transmission went out on our truck, luckily my wife was right down the road; long story shorty one of the workers saw she was in distress as I was at work, he jumped in put in 4-wheel and drove it to the shop for her!! Amazing customer service, just amazing humans all around, they had a loaner for us and gave us a good deal on the transmission, they went above and beyond for us! Now we take our truck there for whatever we need, thanks to all the workers and owners at Thompson!!

Awesome Customer Service and Amazing Technician Work!!! My tire was completely flat and they removed it, found the hole and repaired it perfectly... wait for it... ALL for FREE! Discount Tire ROCKS! I will always recommend them to anyone and everyone. - Thanks!

Guy at the parts counter was extremely Friendly. I have never experienced this from any dealership in the service or parts department. Can't give it 4 stars because the lack of the masks here.

Big O provides excellent service, and they have proven to be trustworthy, as well. When another “speedy” oil change place told me I needed my rear brake pads replaced (to the tune of $), I went to Big O for a quote. They checked my brakes and said they were fine. I’ve gotten tires from Big O and oil changes/tire rotations. They are busy, but that’s because they’re good, so I don’t mind waiting a little longer. Today one of their mechanics squeezed my car in while I waited so I didn’t have to come back at the end of the day. Super nice!

I love these guys! They are honest and take great care of you when you are on your 3rd flat in 3 months. They have a desk that has my name on it by this point. Bring Jason and the guys donuts they appreciate it. They also appreciate our furry friends in their shop.

This is ne of the best used parts Yard now only that I use to work here but I've also had got my part and build cars trucks campers trailers motorcycles I actually bought my Flathead Harley-Davidson from here for bucks and a lot of my old schools cars truck parts from here tell them hard to find parts nowadays Colorado and parts INC is one of the best but I know around Colorado local and convenient we're very fair prices and not all b******* overhead prices. Another competitors charge their completely honest family business that does look very good job not only in customer service but helpful and very convenient I will give them the best percentage $.. percentage rating of a JOB of a job well done in professional and professionalism performance and being humble people very helpful and they will also go inside the yard with you if they're not too busy if you get lost and help you along the way

I am extremely happy and more than satisfied with the service I received at this meineke. First I'd like to note that I was a walk-in customer on a very busy morning. My vehicle had decided to have several issues at once and there was no way it was going to travel anymore miles without some attention. They're not only said they would look it over but they put it on the racks and got the inspection done almost immediately. I was emailed a list of issues with images verifying the condition of each of those issues and how vital each one was to my car's performance and overall health. They were so busy with people who had actually made appointments that I wasn't anticipating the email so soon. Well my car was still on the rack he gave me a call had me check my email and look over the images and the detailed information about each issue my car had and tell important each issue was in order of repair. They were actually kind enough to start doing the authorized work in between all their appointments and start getting me back on the road. Now I see a couple complaints about them having to keep the car an extra day or so. To those people I say do you want it done fast or do you want it done right. These mechanics take their time to do the job correctly so that the repairs they do stay done. They did what work they could immediately and ordered parts that were needed. Supply chain issues and when parts are delivered is not within their control. The parts showed up the next day, again I was a walk-in, when they received the parts they put my car back on the rack and continued the repairs. They went way out of their way to help me out. They're extremely thorough and triple check everything they do before they release the vehicle. I actually don't think I've been this happy with an auto repair shop in the last years. The work that was done was not just doing correctly but was done like true professionals whose name is on the job. If I could add one more star to the rating I would. I would like to add that even though my knowledge of vehicles made after the year is limited not once did they make me feel stupid or treat me with disrespect. I highly recommend this location for anyone that seriously wants there vehicle fixed correctly and by people who take pride in their work. Thank you guys, you're awesome I appreciate the care you gave my vehicle. I most definitely will be back for future repairs.

I can’t say enough good things about the guys at this shop. They’re the ONLY place I’ll trust from now on. I had work done here before but had taken my Jeep to a competitor down the street for a routine oil change. The competitor proceeded to tell me that I needed over $ worth of work done including a cracked oil filter housing, cracked thermostat housing and a leaking upper radiator hose. I immediately took my Jeep down the road to this Midas and told them they’d worked on my Jeep before and that I trusted them. I asked when I could schedule a 2nd opinion. After telling them the other shop said, they immediately took my Jeep back and looked at it. The only thing that was wrong that the other shop had quoted me for was a leaking rear shock. My oil filter housing was fine as was my thermostat housing and the guys said my radiator hose looked brand new. Not only did they not charge me for this but they also took me back and showed me everything and explained things to me. They also rotated my tires for free since I missed my appointment at Discount by being there. These guys went above and beyond and this is the ONLY place I will be taking my Jeep in the future. Thank you so very much!

The parts department provided me great service. I am a frequent buyer of parts from Autonation Subaru Arapahoe, and on my latest purchase I had a little mixup on parts. I went back and Andrew and Victoria were absolutely amazing on their service. Andrew initially helped me out and helped me find the correct part I was after and because of a weird situation with the current part I had purchased, he directed me to Victoria, the parts manager. He went above and beyond and followed up with her and informed her of my situation and she then reached out to me to help me out with a solution. I am now with the correct parts and I am beyond impressed with the level of service and respect they have for their customers. If you need parts head to Autonation Subaru.

Wow, what wonderful customer service here! I got a flat tire and they were able to get me in immediately. They took my damaged tire and let me leave while they repaired it, called me a few hours later when it was done, and put the tire back on my car for me in fewer than minutes. Everyone was so nice and it was very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this place for all of your tire needs!

Daughter's car overheated, she pulled in here and they were able to do a quick diagnosis and let her know that it wasn't safe to drive because there was a real problem with the head gasket. While they were not able to do the repair, they were so helpful, and explained to her exactly what was going on and took time to show and explain why it was a bad idea to drive the car the " minutes" to the dealership. Great advice from friendly people. Shout out to Chris who took the time to explain a problem to a customer that he knew he wasn't going to make any money from. Sometimes the best customer service is knowing what you can and cannot do, and providing a clear explanation. Thank you!

I bought a great used Jeep Gladiator from this dealership. Very smooth sales experience, and nice employees. The jeep is awesome and I feel like I got a good deal.
