A few days ago I received a call from a client whose bathroom Montaggio had supplied the plumbing fixtures for about years ago. The toilet seat had cracked and they needed a replacement. They'd searched all the usual places but were not able to find the right color. Once they explained the problem I was able to go back to my original selections sheet, find the color, and contact Kristin with my request. As promised, she contacted my clients the next day and set up an order for the proper replacement. Kristin did a fantastic job with this. She made me look good and she made Montaggio look good. If you are buying stone you HAVE to go here. The warehouse is huge, lots of great products. Eric F. was fantastic. He allowed us to browse, answered all questions and took extra time to show us multiple slabs so I could pick the perfect one. In the time of covid we felt very safe, only customers in the entire facility. I am so glad we made the 3 hour drive here to pick out EXACTLY what we will be installing.
