This place is awesome! I’ve driven by thinking it was still the lightbulb store/closed, and was so excited to see this business! They have amazing stuff at really great prices, and all proceeds go to a good cause. All of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

Really top quality stuff, priced high enough to keep the unique stuff accessible when you're really looking for something. There was so much variety, and the staff will help you find whatever creative stuff you might need for a project. I will always come back here first for any artistic needs! (Also there's lots of equipment for camping, swimming, sports, and even adult tabletop games here!)

Holly is actually a saint. Her mission to support animals is incredible. The selection is perfectly curated! I found such cute, trendy and vintage items. I was even offered some tea ! How thoughtful and sweet. I felt like a treasured guest in her beautiful shop. She gave me some wonderful recommendations of places to see around town, too. Go and support this shop! Way better experience and mission than exploitative big box thrift stores.

This place rocks!! The first time you go, it’ll feel a little confusing. Yes, park by the big warehouse, yes, just walk through the big open garage door - you’re not lost! Most prices aren’t marked and you’ll definitely have to dig around but I promise you it’s worth it. Some visits are duds, but most are a steal. The young woman I’ve seen working it most of the time (maybe the owner?) is super sweet. Take what you want up to her and she’ll give you a great price. Most of the times I’ve been, they have loads of nightstands, wooden bed frames, vanities, kitchen gear, and SO much art!

The APA! Thrift stores are the best in Austin, and that's saying a lot. Your money also goes to the best and most honest and direct cause and is a substantial factor in keeping Austin "no kill". All three locations have boutique sections where you can find amazing clothes from high-end brands, as well as general clothing sections. Also: decor, shoes, jewelry, art, household items, books, pet supplies, art supplies and so much more.

Sweet owner, amazing finds, and cute shop!! I've found some amazing things here that I wear regularly. Lots of older vintage clothing and accessories from s and older, but don't think you won't find the perfect s/s outfit as well! This little store is jam-packed, so be sure to take your time to see all of Rebecca's wonderful finds!

Loooove a thrift store with a good cause, hard to find stuff if you're male but really interesting stuff for everybody in general. Took an awesome poster and windbreaker from this store and the staff is really kind too. Recommended definitely.

Cleanest, most organized thrift shop I’ve ever been in. Highly highly recommend. Visited - on a busy afternoon. Friendly senior citizen staff who take pride in their work. Great care was taken with my purchases- I bought a fragile piece of crockery and it was bubble wrapped and put in a box without me asking and at no charge. Convenient corner location and ample parking. A must visit when thrifting in Austin.

WONDERFUL. Wide selection, amazing prices, and the delightful salesperson Ace was sweet and helpful. I got 2 pairs of name brand(Lucky & Abercrombie) capris, 1 half off ($4) & 1 for $1!!!

This sweet little small business is a true gem! The owner is always very friendly, and informative if you are looking for any vintage or unique gifts. I can literally shop for my entire family in this store. Plus, my husband and I always buy the unique affordable kitty collars and toys for our kitty babies! I highly recommend this shop for those vintage, nerdy, animal lovers in your life, and especially for those upcoming secret santa/white elephant one-of-a-kind items!

Kid to Kid is the best consignment children’s store! The items are carefully picked to be great quality. The store is organized well with a large selection of fantastic clothes, shoes, toys, accessories, strollers, baby chairs and swings, etc. I spent two hours in the store looking through their selection for my baby and found so many cute items for an excellent price. The staff was friendly and the store is clean. I will be shopping there for all my baby’s clothes and items!

This place has the highest quality stuff I’ve ever seen in a thrift store, maybe you won’t find the cheapest stuff like others have noted, but the value here is far greater than you will find at Texas thrift or goodwill. I assume their amazing inventory is due to their ties with local churches so you have truly nice people donating truly really valuable items here. It was like coming across a treasure store for me personally, I really appreciate the lack of junk and just the quality of everything there.

The staff was really nice, I found the crystal variety at really good prices. I will go back for sure.

The prices are all over the place. The adult clothing is outrageous, but the children's clothing is reasonable. The household goods seemed overpriced for the most items. Honestly, I like the south store better because the prices make sense there. I found a purse that was in terrible condition for $8. I understand that they are a charity, but I really think they could do better since these are mostly used items. I went there looking for a pair of shoes, but I left disappointed and will probably just order off Poshmark.

Project transitions is dedicated to accommodating individuals with aids. They work for a good cause and their employees are brilliant and kind. Every month, Project transitions organizes community events to raise money. They are very fun to attend and I highly recommend it.

My favorite thrift store in Austin so far! Here I found the most unique clothing items! They have a lot of hip stuff for fair prices!

Stopped in twice while visiting my daughter. She just got her own apartment and needs a lot of kitchen items. Both times we scored! We were impressed with the quality and pricing. The staff were helpful. My daughter plans on coming back soon.
