I worked for the company out of Coeur D'Alene Idaho and had my account hacked in to and that person accepted Job tickets out of Puyallup Washington under my name and then I called to get it fixed but had to call back to back in to the Coeur D'Alene Idaho branch only to be threatened by one of the office ladies (Carrie Duncan) that if I called back to back again then they will deactivate and suspend me permanently and then I called the Puyallup Washington branch after finding out that the office manager at that location had deactivated me and told repeatedly that the office manager was not working at that time so I asked for the cell phone number of the office manager and left a voicemail for the office manager only to never hear back from the office manager and they were very discriminatory and abusive to both me and My mom ever since I first started working with the company.. so therefore I will highly recommend that you look for work elsewhere!!

As compared to other day labor places, its still all done old style, but the personal working in the office are great. They have great respect for you as a worker,r and are not condescending, (like the People Ready personal are). They take the time to get to know you, and want and value your feedback concerning work assignments.. THE BEST PART IS THEY PAY CORRECTLY AND RIGHT AWAY. Also if you do have issues about anything the resolve them quickly. ALL IN ALL, ITS A GREAT PLACE TO BE EMPLOYED.

Very dismissive branch. You easily get the sense they'd rather not help anyone than do the work of retaining and attracting new clients, employee or employer. They'll talk to you with an arrogant tone and a demeanor that you're beneath them and dumb. There are plenty of temp agencies that actually do better and have better options. Try ANY other staffing agency. For the past 2 years, this location has consistently remained calloused and rude. First impressions are important and can last for as long as the next interactions. This branch is lacking professional staff and their inability to hire a better recruiting team is evident. I strongly advise avoiding this place. Any position they offer, you can easily find on your own. Just go knock doors across the way in the local industrial area and you'll have a better experience and quicker results.

Never in my life have I been treated so badly from a Staffing company!! The worst customer service ever! They treat their recruits badly, they don’t call or txt back, the recruiters are rude! I applied for a few jobs, but they yet have sent me out for a job!! Don’t work for this agency if you don’t have to. Move along to a better place where they will treat you with respect!! Worst place everrrre!!!! They get ZERO stars from me!!! So very disappointed!!

Maxim has always been a positive experience for me. I have been placed in really great jobs, some of my favorite positions were from Maxim. The recruiters are very good at placing you in the right positions. Shout out to Marcella in the Tacoma office, she was always so helpful, patient, and had such a positive attitude. She always asked me how things were going, and made sure that I had the support and training I needed. Even after I moved out of state, she was willing to help me find something in my area. They are really good at finding jobs that pay well, but will hang up on you swiftly if they don't know an answer to your question. Basically you should find out where your assignment is and apply to the place before you go through actually having been assigned to said job.
