I recently began working with Agility for office communications software for remote working. The sales team and service team made the process very easy and had some of the best customer service I've ever had. This is really important to me since these processes can get rather complicated, but they made it easy which is much appreciated. Their ongoing response times have also been excellent.

Dynam is an awesome company. Roger is an absolute expert with modern phone systems. He understands all the technical aspects including IT, firewall, SIP trunk, etc. His service is second to none. Any time we have an issue he is right on it and stays on top of it until the issue is resolved. Even when the issue is created by IT or the SIP trunk provider. He has never told me that that is their problem. He stays on top of it and works with the other vendors until the issue is resolved. I could not more highly recommend someone.
