We had a great experience working with Hatim at T-shirts Etc. Everything went smoothly from placing the order to receiving our order. Hatim was very attentive, responded quickly, gave us status updates, and always followed up with us. Our t-shirts and pens are exactly what we were looking for at a great price! We've worked with the folks here at Minuteman Press - Bay Area for a couple different projects now and are very happy with the work they do. They printed all of the signs and the vinyl wall wrap at our Battleship Texas exhibit in Lone Star Flight Museum, and it came out great! Jim helped us pick the right material for the exhibit panels and was helpful enough to point out if he saw any issues with the graphics before printing. We also came back to them to get t-shirts for our July 3rd & 4th event and we could instantly see that the prints were much higher quality than what we'd gotten from others places in the past. They've made us very happy customers and we'll certainly be back for future projects!

They communicated very quickly and the turnaround time to get the product to me cannot be matched. Alice worked so hard to find me comparable items to anything that was out of stock and do so in a cheaper fashion. I found this place by LUCK when searching for someone local to make personalized wine goblets for a dinner party I was hosting in 2 days. No time for shopping or to wait for shipping. A lady named Tiffany answered (I believe she is the owner?) She was wonderful! She even created several designs for me to choose from based on what I described to her. I was worried they may not be ready in time, and was checking on the progress multiple times. She promptly responded updating me on the progress, telling me to relax & that she's "got this" I was so pleased the morning of my dinner, I pick up beautiful wine glasses. Each one coordinating, yet personalized for each individual. I received so many complements that evening, & my guests took them home to keep. The work & customer service was beyond perfection! will order again for sure!
