Amazing Stay! The staff at Elite Intern Housing were more than helpful by being on call /7 to handle any concern I had. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The roommates I was placed with were very cordial and clean. When it comes to location, you could not ask for a better spot on Capitol Hill. Being within walking distance of Union Station for travel and dining, to the scenic views of the Capitol is hard to beat. Also with Capitol police assigned to each corner of the road safety is your last concern. I could not have asked for a better experience throughout my entire stay. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking housing in the area. 5 STARS ALL AROUND!!
We recently had the opportunity to stay at one of the John Marshall House units on Capitol Hill. The unit was fabulous - the perfect size for a couple, stocked with everything you could need, and very clean. Location can't be beat - close to everything in the Capitol Hill area and a very safe neighborhood. Property owners were fabulous as well - great communication, and they provided us with helpful suggestions and tips. Would love to stay here again!
Rooms we looked at weren't renovated but were spacious and generous in storage spaces. Didn't see a washing machine, but they have a big fridge and an ok stove. Can't beat the location, only a few blocks from the capitol.
My stay with WIHN has been great and extremely convenient! The neighborhood surrounding Senate Square is great and there are a lot of restaurants and grocery stores within a walking distance. The apartment is furnished beautifully and the kitchen has all the appliances that you could possibly need. Randy has been especially accommodating and was always just a phone call away. Overall, I greatly enjoyed my stay at Senate Square and all the amenities it provided.
Excellent place to live, spacious quarters with a wonderful kitchen to match.

I have had a great experience living with WISH. Having a fully furnished house and kitchen was super helpful and anytime I needed another pot or pan they delivered it upon request. Maintenance came on the same day as the request in most cases. I loved having 3 roommates and events to meet others at.
[Long Review Warning] [First part-Professional and friendly staff] It is usually not the amenities or the luxury finishes in an apartment building that make you feel like home. It is the people. I am a GW Law student and I have been a resident here for a year. They do not have a dedicated concierge here, so Claudia and Joy in the leasing office are responsible for all the works beside maintenance. They are the people that make me feel at home in this apartment, and I have never had similar experience before. They always go above and beyond and they really think in your shoes in a very professional and yet friendly manner. They have been extremely helpful. [Problems in the building] I want to address problems I personally encountered and problems I saw in the reviews in two parts. Yes, there are problems in this building but I am still giving it 5/5 because I believe the rating system should be based on comparisons with other buildings in the area. The rent is also an important part to consider. [1]Old Building related issue. The building itself is old and on rare occasions (once a year from my observation) the resident may encounter hard-ware related issues. This year, we had two common area issues. One-week of Hot water shortage and a one-time hours elevator shutdown because of a minor flooding issue in the garage. For my unit, the HVAC unit was broken in my unit once and it was replaced after the staff spent effort on trying to fix it. Although we had problems, the management team in this building has always kept us informed and addressed the problem to the best of their capabilities. I was compensated for the hot water shortage. It was not a lot but that at least that shows how the team care about the feeling of residents. Whenever something broke in my apartment, % of the time the maintenance staff will come fix it within hours. I live on th floor, and two of my friends live on 7th and 5th floor. None of us have experienced rodent issues. [2]Complaints about delayed response from the office. I can't say enough good words about Claudia and Joy in the front office, but I was not surprised when I saw review complaining the office not responding to emails. They are extremely overworked. They do leasing, property management and concierge all by themselves and they simply are not able to reply emails in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone with urgent request to go directly to the office. [Conclusion-you get % what you pay for here, hence my 5star rating] All the problems come down to one thing-cheaper rent. I gave 5 star rating because I received what I paid for. A little over dollars for a nicely finished apartment with a balcony in foggy bottom? I can't ask for more. Although the building itself is old, it was recently renovated and the units are really new and nice. Before I decided to move in last year, I toured 8 different apartments in the foggy bottom area and I have never regret choosing to stay here. Yes, there are apartments with equally nice or nicer units, -hours concierge, dedicated property management office and a separate leasing office in a new building in the area. But then you are looking at 1bedrooms starting at + dollars a month. FYI I toured Westlight Apartment and their 1B is asking for dollars a month, almost double the price here. Is it really fair to complain old-building issues and lack of -hours concierge service in an affordable apartment? I don't think so, unless you are willing to pay dollars instead of dollars a month.
Cynthia has been my sales rep for 3 vehicles in 3 years. I just bought a Lincoln Black Label, and she helped me more than anyone through the entire process. It's almost comical- dare I say we keep buying cars just so we have an excuse to work with her! Yes, her customer service is honestly that excellent! She even worked with me on her day off. We are in process of trying to get another Apple vehicle tonight- and we would not be repeat customers without Cynthia!
Wonderful Apartment complex in the whole neighborhood! Claridge House is one of the best apartments, the apartment is well cleaned especially during COVID-. Rent is quite expensive but its absolutely worth it! I've lived here for about 3 years and had the best experience!! Please, if your looking for an apartment that is clean, friendly and hour front desk. Move into Claridge.
I lived here on a sublease with previously unknown roommates. I guess that's a personal mistake. (Always vet who you're living with.) There are very many upsides to living here. The one downside was that when my roommates were harassing me, the building would not let me out of my sublease without their express permission, which ended up in many months of back and forth struggle, and a lawsuit. I met a lot of cool people here, and the area is cool. I would recommend that if a tenant is dealing with a threatening and harassing roommate, that the building take action and offer the victim a chance to end the lease without involving the other lessees. Other than that, the building was clean. My building manager was responsive. The complex is beautiful and huge. It is quiet and safe. Never had any issues, including at night time. No pests or cockroaches. Giant is close. Metro is an easy walk. S buses to downtown are close. Nearby places to walk. Would recommend solo or with friends you know.
The staff here at Twin Towers is incredibly phenomenal. From the time I applied until moment I moved in, they gave me such a pleasant experience. The manager Amy, the assistant manager Alberto, the leasing agent Anthony, concierge Maria, and maintenance Alex and Caesar were not only informative and helpful but very welcoming. I love my apartment and all the fixtures. I am so elated to call the Twin Towers my new home!
