I had to go into the office at the new public storage. Melissa was a great help and took care of all my issues. It was a hassle free experience, and she showed me that they truly do value me as a customer. A lot times when a new company takes ownership of a business it can be a hassle getting everything switched over. Thanks to Melissa that did not happen, and I am glad I chose to stay with the new company.

I do not use them (yet) but, as a neighbor, they keep their business, surrounding parking lots and sidewalks very clean. Thank you

Braden was awesome. He greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. Claudia was also very nice and greeted us when we entered. Braden showed us a couple units and helped us choose one that met our needs. The whole thing was smooth and we rented a unit in a short time and they even offer a military discount. I would recommend this place to any one looking for storage. There is also a truck you can rent to move your stuff when you no longer need storage. All in all an amazing place and the office was very clean and smelled really good.

Needed a paint correction done on my truck after another shops mistake. They had it done same day after calling them last minute. Thanks to Allen and his guys! Superior service!

Staff very helpful and friendly. The place is very clean and easily accessible. Had to upgrade to a larger unit after the first month and the transition was accomplished with ease.

This storage facility is a dream. Samantha is the reason I switched my storage facilities. I use to have a different unit with a different company and when I found out she moved companies I HAD TO FOLLOW HER. She has to be the best person ever! She got my setup fast and made it so easy for my busy schedule. The facility is always well kept and I have yet to have any issues! Great service! Great company! Great management!

If I could give this 6 stars I would. This is a wonderful family is personally keeping an eye on our RV. Being new to the RV world, they are extremely helpful and caring. They truly love the RV lifestyle. In the month that I have been there, they have already helped with some of my rookie mistakes. This is the perfect place for anyone looking to store their RV in a safe and caring place. Pricing is great too!

I stopped in just to look at the rates and availability of what Storage Mart had to offer, and I was blown away. Not only are the rates lower compared to where I’m currently at, the customer service was on a level you don’t experience often anymore. Nicki was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond, asking me questions to find me the unit that would best meet my needs. She went the extra mile to help me get the best deal, was patient and kind and respectful the entire time. I get my unit next month and look forward to doing business with such a great company! Went to find place. Met Tony upon arrival. He was very helpful and walked me to my space. Heck of a good guy. Clean and spacious facility.

The staff here is very friendly. They worked with me in setting up a unit before I relocated back to Texas. I let them know I was having a POD delivered to the facility and they were very nice. I kept them informed in every step for my pod delivery and pickup. They have very reasonable prices!

Great new storage facility close to home! The fully enclosed, extra wide units are exactly what we needed. I’m so glad I reserved a spot months ago. The managers are super nice and helpful too.

Not only did they raise the price for storages , management is terrible. And they won’t fix the A/C !!! It’s always so hot in there, no matter what time go you there!!! It seems the only thing they care for is that you pay for the spaces!

Great prices on boat RV storage. Have stored here many years and no security issues. /7 access is nice.

I was amazed at the rapid and courteous response to my inquiry! Amazingly helpful, they referred me to a provider that more specifically pertained to my project (which is small-scale and related to fine arts) - quite rare in the workplace where the usual response from a typical representative would have been, "Sorry, can't do. Bye." I will definitely recommend them to other clients who need larger volumes of digital scanning done. We need more ethical businesses like this one in the world!

If you are looking for a storage option this is the BEST one!!! Owners are AMAZING!!!! and the place is great as well. I travel a lot because of work and have been in many storage places to include some corporate locations and in all these years this one has been the total package… If I ever move back to San Antonio I will definitely use Timberwood Storage once again.
