This place is amazing! Jessica is A-MA-ZING! I came in and rented this week. I’m pregnant and morning sickness is all day sickness. I got sick during our set up of storage and she helped me! She’s truly such a sweet spirit! Outside of that the facility is clean, accessible and in a central location for the energy corridor! Some units are even going for 1st month free! This is by far the best climate control storage I’ve rented from. I honestly can’t complain. I get notifications of when my storage is entered and exited on my phone and so much more! You all should truly check this place out and bring all your business here. I promise you won’t regret it!

Woody is great to work with. In addition to buying his furs, I have used his other services such as cleaning and relining an old coat. I highly recommend his store.

I rent a unit through them, and I've been almost broken into several times! They leave units on either side of me unlocked, which invites thieves to get in and try an break in, without anyone seeing them! I've asked them to keep locks on the doors surrounding my unit, and last time I went by there, there were no locks! I've put some dollar store locks on there, myself, to try and protect myself, but they remove them!

I answered a phone call at 6: one evening and it was Jose from Storage Trailers looking to rent some containers. I quoted him, and responded next day after customer ok’d. Got exactly what i was is looking for after visiting a tint shop on south post oak that was not a good experience to say the least my car is now finally tinted 😎! Thank you Shirelle for an awesome job and excellent service! If you need an affordable and QUALITY tint job come visit Master of Shades!!!

Change hands and raised rates repainted everything but did not mark them wit unit numbers for about a week so you had to try your key in several units to find yours. Found a dead rat in my unit and a pile of red ants in the unit. I will be moving out as soon as i can.

Rented a unit here for a few months. Access was hours, the facility was secure and the rate was UNBELIEVABLE. Payments were made in the drop box and by sending payments from my bank. The owners lived onsite and always offered great customer service.
