It was my first time popping into this bike and ski shop and I’m happy I did. The customer service was awesome! Super friendly and helpful staff. Full service repair shop for all your bike and skiing needs. They had a good selection of mountain and electric bikes and from the sounds of it could order you just about anything. Parking isn’t the best but it’s well worth going out of the way to support local and get great quality help or gear you need visiting these guys.

Showcasing the latest and greatest boards and apparel in the Arbor family, this modestly-sized shop is home of the best Arbor has to offer. Whether it's the latest in snowboarding technology, skateboards ranging from the fastest downhill drop-through to the most fun boardwalk cruiser, or even a fresh beanie to add to your collection, Arbor is the beachfront board shop to check out this summer. (Or winter, if you happen to be reading this later. ^_^ ) Oh, and the staff are absolutely incredible. Super knowledgeable, and nearly all of them are experienced riders. Any questions you have or recommendations for size,style etc., they'll take care of you. Stay rad, folks! :)

This place has always been a rad location to come to. The staff is super helpful and friendly as well. My son skates so coming here and having such a great variety of boards, trucks, grip tape etc. is great. They are organized and have a great selection of apparel and shoes plus clearance! They play some great jams as well!

Visited here to get a bike and Jay helped answer all my questions - the customer service was top notch. I test rode three bikes and was able to determine what type of bike I should go with and what worked best for my preferences. He suited up my bike with lights, helped me set the lock, and helped me to pick what basket would be best. I would recommend anyone who is looking for any type of sport gear to go here!

Good prices and friendly staff. I bought a ysed Indo Board and three basket balls, and It was fun being there check all the new and used items they have! Quite reading and go outside,, and let's make it a great day in the neighborhood 😀

I contacted this store because my son's wallet was stolen just after Christmas. He had 2 Zumiez gift cards inside. I had hoped to cancel them and reissue (which ultimately they were unable to do). I spoke to Tyler and he was amazing! Such a nice and helpful guy. I expected a quick "sorry. Can't help you." And end the call. But he really went the extra mile to try and help me. Great guy. I really appreciate his effort..

I'm in here every month checking out the new active gear. Yea I might be unfolding the shirts, making them work but I'm always looking for that exotic for me and my younger bros. I have the calendar with the coupons which I pretty cool too. Been shopping here for 3 years now and I have no complaints. The employees are chill and never let a customer go unnoticed. 5 STARS!!!

This place is great. The staff know there boards well and they don’t make it always when your talking to them. They seem great to hang around with and have really good costumer service. They build your boards for free I think, sometimes if you need new hardware they may have some laying around. It’s honestly one of the greatest skate shops. Definitely worth a visit.

Might work for balmy California but before you try to sell these as actual warmers and gouge a person for $ make sure they actually warm. I bought the heated insoles the night before deer hunting charged them over night and didn't need to turn them on until a couple hours after I got to the stand. powered them on and nothing. I got back to the car later in the afternoon and took them out and turned them on and after sitting for a half hour in the passenger seat they were lukewarm at best. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!

Amazing staff! Last night, I took my daughter in to get her a new skateboard. The person helping us was so patient and explained everything to us such as the size of the board, what the numbers meant and the different types of wheels and the equipment. I am so thankful for the patience that he had with my daughter. All the other staff were quick with helping out and even finding her the perfect board from demon slayer. Even though there were several customers that were in the store, this group of employees managed everyone smoothly and handled all the customers quickly and efficiently. I am impressed with the knowledge that was displayed, the calmness under pressure and the attention to each customer. A great experience! Thank you!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, the clothes are hip and trendy and the jeans are long enough to fit my 6’3 teenager!!! This store is a slam dunk.

Carol (Bike specialist) is amazing. I took my bike to Play it Again Sports in Oceanside for a tune up and I wasn't sure what to expect. I was extremely pleased to learn that customer service and professionalism is still alive and well. It was so refreshing. Carol is very knowledgeable about bike repair and cycling. She doesn't recommend any unnecessary work. She just sticks to the basics and only does what is truly needed. She is honest and you can tell she is passionate about what she does. You will not be disappointed with Carol and all of the team at Play It Again Sports (Oceanside). Thank you.
