It was my first time popping into this bike and ski shop and I’m happy I did. The customer service was awesome! Super friendly and helpful staff. Full service repair shop for all your bike and skiing needs. They had a good selection of mountain and electric bikes and from the sounds of it could order you just about anything. Parking isn’t the best but it’s well worth going out of the way to support local and get great quality help or gear you need visiting these guys.

Great place to get quality preowned pwc parts. They know quality parts and that's all I have ever received, and they also pack them well. Highly recommended. Preferred vender of MNR Racing

Looking for the experts regarding anything skiing? Look no further than OC Snowsports in Costa Mesa, CA. Darryl is not only the owner but 'the man' with a long history of skiing, to help guide you to the correct equipment. His co-pilot Elvis is as equally experienced and will get you dialed in properly. Rentals? You are covered. Gouge your skis? Rest assured these guys will get them fixed. Unless you absolutely went FUBAR and they'll tell you upfront and not waste your time or money. You definitely have choices out there. This crew is the pros pro regarding skiing.

The Green Room was fantastic. Bree, Joe, and Collin helped me. They all had so much information to give me when I was purchasing my first snowboard gear. They helped me pick out bindings, helmet, and goggles (I bought a board and boots on offer up because they fit my budget better). They explained what I should and should not do with my snowboarding equipment and how to set up my bindings correctly. They were very helpful. The prices were excellent for such high-quality products. Everyone there was extremely nice, and I would highly recommend you go and check this place out..

Love this place. We go through them all the time to rent kayaks(rented with them over 3 times). Never had a problem and always so much fun. Workers are all super nice and helpful. I also love that they have 2 spots to rent from so u can see more of the lake.

I loved the freestyle my favorite is the plaza by red bull service was great and I had a great time the lifts Derwent slowed depending on the distance all of them were fast even when some were a qauter of a mile the still went fast unlike summit which the lifts depent on the distance of the chair making the chair very slow

I was so impressed with the service I received. My skis were picked up, sharpened, waxed, and returned lickety split. I haven't skied on them yet, but they shave my fingernails quite a bit. They feel like razor blades! I was most impressed at how professional the team came off. Sometimes ski shops can be hit and miss, but the guys who came to my house and picked up my skis seemed like they really cared about their business. They absolutely earned my repeat business.

My wife and I were in the Mesa Ski Pro location to buy her a new pair of ski boots. The selection was excellent and the service we got from Dillon was outstanding. Amazing to see such a large selection of ski equipment here in Arizona, and the sale price was better than expected.

Excellent service here! We came in today to get my son a skateboard. He’s a beginner. Staff took the time to walk through everything with him and were super friendly. Then they even assembled the entire thing for him. When we came in, the shop was super busy but we were greeted right away, every employee jumped in to help, and we did not have to wait long at all to be helped. Great customer service… professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Gravity will have our business for all my son’s future skateboarding needs.

Awesome local shop. Heather is cool, kind, and know her stuff. She always has time to chat and offer tips for gear and locations. This is what local shops are all about. You can't beat this convenience. Good work on ski waxing/repairs and easy snow shoe rentals. Hyperspud rules. I'm sure you find better prices online -- without the ability to touch, try-on, feel, talk to an expert about, compare to other products side-by-side. Hyperspud has a decent selection--enough options without being overwhelming on outdoor gear. I'll keep coming back again and again. Good stuff.

Best rental/repair shop in town!!! Been coming to SMR for over 2 years now and have never once been let down. Every time I need a repair or service on my board it’s done same day or by the following morning and at a competitive price. They also have a large rental fleet of lightly used, name brand, new gear which never disappoints for my friends that come and ride with me. Always absurdly friendly staff as well. Check this place out, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Great service here. Their ski techs are knowledgeable and friendly. I spent several hours with Trevor while buying new gear. I tried on half a dozen pairs of ski boots until we found the best fit for me. Trevor also spent time helping me pick out new skis, explaining the pros and cons of several brands and models. I ended up with new boots, skis and bindings that I'm very happy with. This ski shop is a hidden gem in Northern Arizona. I highly recommend them.....

Ski Haus is great! aside from having a wide variety of rentals for great prices, their shopping selection is awesome! I’m not in the market to purchase a board right now, but they have all the accessories too! I will be returning here for all my snowboarding needs👍🏼

The mistake of buying boots from a big chain will never happen again. You might save a few bucks online or for that matter get stuff from someone who isn't invested in what they sell but I can guarantee you unenjoyable skiing. I took my boots in to have them heated and molded because they never fit right despite being fitted at a chain sport store. Too heavy, painful toes, and worst of all getting ready to give up skiing. Explained the problem and they found me an awesome pair of boots custom molded to my feet. I was reluctant to spend so much on boots given the poor experience I had before. I've skied with these boots 3 times and have never had a pair of boots so comfortable. Thank you Sporthaus for making me love skiing again. My friend you outfitted with all the gear is also very happy. Support local business.

What more can I say except if you want to feel like you are the only customer, come here! Ryan took care of my group of 4 ladies from Louisiana coming to ride the CDA trail. Didn’t know exactly how we were going to put them in our rental to fit! No worries, they solved our problem and had to even stay past closing to get it done. Our flight was late coming in and thought for sure our arrival time of getting to the shop would be to late to pick up our bikes. Ryan, thank you and your staff for making our week in Idaho perfection. Will be back next year and will certainly use your services again.

Had a great experience, bought my first real bicycle here. I was able to test ride the bike I was looking at so he checked the tires and adjusted it to fit me and sent me out the door with it. I checked out every bike store in town and CDA Bike Co had the bike I wanted on hand. They were also very friendly as I asked my million questions that go along with a big purchase and helped to get the bike set up exactly how I want it. I'm certain they will be reasonable and quick in the future when I need service. Happy to shop local, especially when the products/service are great.
